Very nice, quiet location, a few minutes outside of Odense. Very easy check in. The room has just the right size and equipment (refrigerator, microwave, dishes) for a stay of one or a few days. Everything was clean and in good condition. Also the breakfast was very delicious and worth the price.

No light switch in the bathroom and only a sensor in the kitchen area. No one there to say hello to, so not a B&B as we know it.

Unfortunately the light in the toilet was not working and some sockets in the kitchen were also not working (we had to boil the water in the bedroom). Not sure if we were doing something wrong but if that was the case it should be explained better how to use the kettle.

Great value for money, everything inside looks modern and with great fornitures. The self check-in was easy and smooth.

The location was perfect! Just a couple of min away from the city center and shops. The place also has everything for you to prepare food and have a cosy dinner/breakfast in your small garden.

Room set up: bed stuck in the corner of the room which is never very comfortable for the person against the wall. But since there where two separate beds and linen we pulled them apart for overall better comfort.

Easy access by car, close to city center, quiet neighborhood, kitchen appliances are minimal but enough for a few days. Good value for money for Denmark, and Odense itself is worth the visit.

Our apartment in next house was recently renovated and well equipped, with beautiful backyard / garden where you can hang out in private. Quite location. EV charger at the property very easy to handle/ pay for decent price.

As advertised. Good communication from the host. We stayed in Room 1 for two nights from 03 June. 20 m² only, so space is tight for two travellers with 2 international travel suitcases. Clean and mostly well set up for self-catering; though a glass casserole dish or two would be helpful for microwaving food. The extraction fan in the bathroom did not appear to be functional. The shower curtain means that the bathroom floor gets quite wet and the small sink there also adds to the water splash issue. The adjustable floor heating for the bathroom was appreciated. We are not a fan of typical Danish thin and too soft pillows. The onsite car parking was important to us, as was access to a shared washing machine. A Lidl store is 1 km away.

We did not receive the email with code allowing you to enter the room, so I kept calling the number, but nobody picked up the phone for ages, it was very late and we started to feel stressed. Finally, just as we were gonna give up and book another hotel, someone finally answered and provided us with the code (after the call the email was sent as well) Then (this is not the hotel's fault) other guests switched on fire alarm at night, so we woke up in the middle of the night not knowing what the noise was and what was going on. Also no toiletries in the bathroom apart from soap for washing your hands.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and I guess it was cheap for Danish standards (not for other European countries though)

No negatives regarding the stay. Some visitors might not like that there is no direct contact with the owners/staff unless you have a need to contact them about a problem. We ate in the city but the local options seemed quite limited.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a visit to Odense for the Springsteen concert. Access was via a code provided before arriving. The rooms are separate from the property owner's house in a residential area a few kilometres from the city centre. Room was compact and functional. A good option for a more reasonable price than the booked out city hotels. Located in a quiet residential area, meant a good night's sleep. We had the Engholm BB breakfast one day (it's left in the fridge), it was OK but not great. The bus into town was quite frequent (about 800m away) and there are taxis at the station if needed (about DKK45).

Peaceful location, extremely comfy bed and nice shower. Fridge in room and kitchen facilities is excellent. Means you can get food in and keep it chilled or cook. Super close to a supermarket for supplies. Super responsive staff on email.

It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptional. Good parking. Nearby a bus station and easily accessible from the highway.
