Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was great lots of choice and if something wasn't there the staff were very obliging. It was a bit pricey but there were few choices in the area and overall we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Booking through the online site was not really easy, I needed to make a telephone enquiry for details and confirmation. The computer check-in after hours was also tricky.

IrelandThe rooms desperately need a hallway light, Need to keep bathroom door open to illuminate the hallway, where you store luggage. Ineffective air conditioning. If you are staying in rooms located towards the end of the hallway, you can hear really loud floor access door bangs when people are entering/exiting through those doors. The breakfast is average, replace baked from frozen pastries with fresh ones.
