Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from lake and Fredericksborg castle museum and baroque gardens. Easy walk to train. Main shopping street and supermarket only a couple of minutes Receptionists friendly and helpful. Seating area well designed. Modern comfortable tasteful decor Room very clean modern neutral colourings and very minimalistic. Perhaps too minimalist for some Room overlooking street but quiet. Comfortable bed and linens. Good nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Five minutes walk from the town centre and Frederiksborg Castle, really couldn't be a better place to stop off. Staff were friendly and parking was convenient.

Overpriced breakfast. No air-conditioning in the room - and a lot of noise from the street, as we had to keep the window open. The guy at the reception seems to think it is ok to change from Danish to English after reading my first name - subconscious xenophobia?.

The staff seemed very rushed off their feet as there were so few of them but they did a great job.
Breakfast was great lots of choice and if something wasn't there the staff were very obliging. It was a bit pricey but there were few choices in the area and overall we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Nothing I didnt like a bit expensive as we had to pay separately for breakfast and with the exchange rate varied day, we were unsure at booking if we would use the hotel for breakfas t as we may want to experience breakfast in the town.which we did on one occasion.
Centrally located which was great for all the family. Friendly &helpful staff. Nice breakfast

The bar shut too early
The hotel was well placed the staff were superb from cleaners to reception couldn’t be more helpful and friendly the only Cristian that I have is we thought when we booked breakfast was included and it wasn’t so bit disappointing .

Breakfast.

The room is small and it was difficult to open bags.However we came from the other side of the world and had a large suitcase each. Would be easy with carry on!

Staff did not ensure self check-in correctly despite several calls prior arrival. They forgot to let us a key, but hopefully the matter could be solved quickly by the assitance remotely.

The table was small and the chair in the room was uncomofortable. There was no central light in the room, it was dark in the evening. I missed the fried bacon from the breakfast menu.

The electronic key did not always work satisfactorily. However, a staff person did go upstairs with us to sort the situation. Booking through the online site was not really easy, I needed to make a telephone enquiry for details and confirmation. The computer check-in after hours was also tricky.
Excellent breakfast. It would have been great to have someone indicate the choices

No glasses, no water, no coffee in the room. The bar closed at 5 pm.

The rooms desperately need a hallway light, Need to keep bathroom door open to illuminate the hallway, where you store luggage. Ineffective air conditioning. If you are staying in rooms located towards the end of the hallway, you can hear really loud floor access door bangs when people are entering/exiting through those doors. The breakfast is average, replace baked from frozen pastries with fresh ones.
Great location. Modern hotel with clean decent sized rooms.
