Reviews of Copenhagen Go Hotel 2 stars

The hotel’s entrance lobby and dining room are designed in a very warm and pleasant way. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Although it’s very close to the airport, you don’t hear any planes at all. It’s a 30-minute train ride from the city center.

The bathroom was a bit small and cramped for 2 people at the same time.

The hotel was close to the airport and although not used the train is close by. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but small.

Staff seemed perfunctory and short, somewhat robotic. The size of the shower and toilet would be more appropriate for a ship where space is at a premium. The room was very small. There is limited access to eating establishments but there are a couple of supermarkets close by.

Gave a new meaning to compact which is fine but the bathroom and shower arrangements were a bit shabby. Staff at front desk were warm and friendly. A challenge to get to as we were told at the airport to get the metro instead of the train.

Bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing after other hotels that had thick creamy sugar free yoghurt and berries for instance. Pastries seemed stale and mass produced in comparison

There wasn't anything I decidedly didn't like. The stay was good, ok for the price,. But if I should mention anything, there were small things - like the water was not very warm in the shower when we took a shower at night. Not a disaster for me who's a winter bather, can be an issue for another person. There's not much to do in the walking distance, so one can get slightly bored while waiting for the right time point to leave towards the airport, but not having enough time to go sightseeing in CPH. Well, as I mentioned, small things. 🙂

Breakfast and the superior room were great but we also booked a standard room for our daughter and spouse and it was an older room. For the minimal difference in price, I would suggest the superior room.

The room was a good size. Very close to the airport and a short train ride into town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s quite expensive for the location and quality. Luggage storage is also an extra cost whereas majority of other hotels it is free/included in the price. No aircon or fan so the room is quite hot in the summer months. The bathroom is poorly designed, water gets everywhere.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast tasted good, although it was a bit pricey. The staff was really helpful and lovely!

Clean rooms Quiet Lots of parking and can also walk to the airport

Rooms would benefit from a kettle and some cups and a small kitchen area would be brilliant

Staff support was excellent and proactive

The shower head above the hand basin/ toilet was cramped like an aircraft toilet Hot room but no aircon in this room There were others in this complex that might have had better bathroom and other services. Would not choose this type of room again

We stayed at this hotel for a 1 night layover in Copenhagen. It was a 4 minute drive from the airport or 1 stop on the train. The train runs every 15 minutes during the day and once an hour at night. It was much cheaper than the hotel at the airport and was exactly what we needed for the night. The room was very clean and actually larger than I was expecting. The bathroom was very basic but clean. The shower was interesting - it was connected to the sink water supply and temperature controlled with the sink knobs. A little confusing at first but still functional.

It was difficult to remove all the water from the floor after showering. I know this is the style of most bathrooms in Copenhagen but the floor was still very wet in the morning after we had showered at night. There were no bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, lotion), only a hand soap dispenser. This was fine for the price but I wish there had been at least body wash or bar soap for showering.

Private parking

The top floor room gets EXTREMELY hot in the summer and the tiny portable AC in the room cannot manage to cool it down in any way. It was better to open the windows. But that lets a ton of bugs in (no mosquito nets) and quite a bit of noise from the road nearby.

Friendly staff

The hotel is a bit used and screaming for repairs, room was small, no toiletries in shower, shower water had to be adjusted from the sink.

Very convenient for getting to the airport via the train station. The bed itself was comfy and the linen nice and fresh. We found an excellent Pizza place nearby and convenient for purchasing groceries.

The most uncomfortable pillows ever. Minute bathroom. No facilities in the room to make hot drinks (though these could be purchased at an additional charge). Our room was overlooked by the property next door. No air conditioning so had to have the window open and it was quite noisy.

Location was pretty good - S-train into Copenhagen meant getting around was easy.

Rooms were a little soulless

Really good location ideal for airport sbd city Centre,we actually walked to hotel form airport supermarket over the road if you need snacks also hotel supply’s snacks,nice breakfast

Nothing

Easy access to transportation. Very nice staff. Clean hotel and simple processes.

TV did not work, which I reported first evening. After 5 nights still not fixed. They offer extra pillows, but can not deliver.
