The fact that smoking is allowed inside as I'm a non-smoker with children.

The quirky interior. It was also very clean. Everyone was friendly. The location is absolutely fantastic when there as a tourist. Walking distance to most attractions/museums.

The house had a facade renovation, it didn't bother us during the weekend stay (in June 25), but there might be some noise.

If you want something else than the average hotel/apartment this is a great choice. Old house with it's personalities, beautiful appartment full of art and interesting furniture. Large shared kitchen. We got a very big, bright and beautiful room with huge bed and a city view. Great location next to the river. 15 min walk from the railway station.

Couldn't open windows as there was a lot of scaffolding in place. and renovation works going on. Cigarette butts and rubbish scattered around the ground floor entrance. This is a building managers issue, but it does not look good for the accommodation first impression. Prefer a non smoking environment due to allergies.

We liked the hosts. Very nice and helpful. Always cleaning. Lovely artworks and books.

everything was amazing, i really liked the vibe and stylization of rooms, location is 10/10, literally couple of minutes to the center and there was a lot of museums and local stuff near the property owner is super friendly! helped me and my friend with all problems we’ve had.

The toilets were pretty dirty being shared with all the other rooms (maybe 7+) The bedsheets had a moldy smell like they were forgot in the washer for days, I also found several pieces of hair that werent mine It was pretty noisy and people played music at night next door *we didnt see the beautiful view because the place is being repaired but that has nothing to do with the host so not an actual con I would add

The decor and art in this apartment is beautiful, i absolutely loved how the place looked and the feel of it, I would love to live there The location is good, we walked to pretty much everything I appreciated that there were 2 shared bathrooms next to each other The private fridge was a highlight Designated space for smokers

Smoke smell everywhere since its allowed to smoke, it was a bit cold inside the apartment.

Perfect location, spacious room and common spaces, itself was really nice. You can find everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom. Host was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable

Sometimes the shared bathroom was taken when you wanted to use it and there were a lot of other people living that (like 15 rooms). I thought there were just 3 rooms from the profile.

It was a lovely room with lots of space. Nice view from balcony and the location was great. It would suit young singles or couples who don’t mind communal living.

Host did not respond to us for an hour on arrival to check in, it was late at night and very cold. He did not answer phone or respond through booking.com chat. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in our room which made me cough constantly. The shower had no curtain so the bathroom floor got very wet and bath mat also very wet after every shower.

The hallway smelt of smoke so if this is something you don't like then probably not for you, we didn't mind. On the last night there was heavy music playing next door from early hours all morning. This is expected as it is a shared property but 99% of our stay was great. It was also Halloween so could explain the comings and goings.

Stayed in the Balcony Bedroom which was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and a fridge in the cupboard. The property was situated on the 5th floor you could either take stairs or lift. The property had a kitchen which the host welcomes you to use. This is helpful as the city can be expensive. The property is very secure with CCTV throughout. The property is very stylish with art decor throughout and quirky items. The location was amazing with just a short walk to the main attractions as well as being close enough to bus / train links if you wanted to explore another city / country. The host was extremely helpful with bus directions from the airport, which dropped you off just a short walk away and cost equivalent to £3pp. It is a shared bathroom so be sure to bring some sliders / crocs for walking around, there was not many guests when we stayed so generally this was available when wanting to shower. The shower room is very spacious and there are 2 shared toilets so generally always one available. Great stay and would recommend.

Nothing we didn't like. However be aware the rooms are in an historic , that is to say old building . The common kitchen and shared bathroom are both fully functional but the property shows its age. Old school keys not keycard, which as an older person I prefer but each to their own.

Very helpful owner who gave good directions for getting from the airport. Check in was simple and place easy to find. Great light and spacious room with comfortable bed.A large sitting area with an interesting collection of books just outside our room. Both our room and common areas decorated with interesting art pieces and decor. Great central city location with waterfront views from bedroom and balcony.

Some of the lights were not working but this was not a big deal

The place is near the harbour swimming pool which is fantastic! Very convenient to go for a swim and get back to take a shower and change up. The owner always responds promptly. There is a large kitchen and plenty of storage.

Since there are many guests, sometimes the common areas are not perfectly clean.

The location is central, but also is convenient to reach the airport (about 30 minutes away with the Bus 5C). The staff was welcoming. The guest rooms are on the 5th floor of an antique building. Our guest room was big and had a nice balcony facing Christianshavn and Islands Brygge. The guest rooms share many spaces: a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 roof top area and a few living rooms.

It wasn't clean enough in your room and bathrooms, but not very bad. Sometimes cigarette smell was felt in our room.

The location is great, near the Central Station. The owner was nice. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, very big room with all that you may need. The interior of the apartment is really impressive! It was pretty quiet all the days we stayed there.

It’s not the accommodations fault but the construction in front of the house was very loud on Monday morning.

The host was very nice, he was very helpful before we got there, answered all of my questions and let us know how to get to the accommodation from the airport. The place is very big and everything was clean. It’s very close to the city centre we walked everywhere. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Personally I’m not a huge fan of shared bathrooms but I didn’t have any issues with this one, it was clean and I basically never had to wait for it.
