Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The walk in shower is always apreciated as i am a big person. The big sink in the room was helpfull. The room feels bigger than it is. Access to the outside from the room with a small table.

We liked the hotel concept, quiet surrounding, little terrace in front of our room and also parking right at the property. And hotel was like 10 minutes car ride from Frederiksborg Castle. Definitely would love to stay again.

United KingdomThe only reason we booked this hotel was that it advertised as having a restaurant and as we were arriving late - after 8ish - as the hotel is a half hour walk from the town, we didn't want to go searching for food. However on arrival the reception staff said the restaurant was closed "for the summer". This was very disappointing and caused us to take the car into town to find somewhere to eat. Had we known that the restaurant would be closed, we definitely would NOT have booked this hotel. Misrepresentation. Booking.com please note.

For us the location was perfect, for it's only a 5 minute walk to Tenniscenter Hillerod. The room was spacious, with a little terras. Coffee and tea available in the room. The beds were good, so was the breakfast. The lady at the reception was very friendly!
