It was in a great location - close to the city centre but also close to the airport. The room was beautiful, the staff was great and loved that we were able to help ourselves to free tea and coffee any time of the day. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was quite small

Great location right across the M1 metro station makes Ibis Styles Orestad a great choice to stay when visiting Copenhagen. The room was very clean, there’s a great breakfast and the staff is very kind and helpful.

It was quite expensive compare to other hotels (even with better facilities and location) I didnt have any other choice that time so I had to book it.

Room was decorated well, it was also clean. Breakfast was normal nothing special. Staff were polite.

Nice hotel, situated just near the metro station Bella Center, not far from the city center. Staff is friendly, hotel is modern. Water and coffee are included for free.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom—it would be nice to have one available to tidy up after yourself.

The location was absolutely ideal—just three steps away from a metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The surrounding area is full of great places to eat, and the hotel itself also offers a lovely dining experience. The staff were truly exceptional—on my last day, after checking out, I grabbed a coffee and decided to work from the hotel restaurant for a while. To my surprise, they treated me to a complimentary dessert. Such thoughtful hospitality! The view from the window was absolutely stunning, making my stay feel extra special. I also really appreciated the small touches, like having free access to an iron and ironing board—super convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would happily repeat!

Breakfast a bit limited choice. No facilities like gym or spa. Room very small, no fridge/minibar, closet, place to put things, suitcases. Doors closing in neighbouring rooms very audible, as well as people walking around.

There's nothing I really disliked. If I had been work trip I would have missed a chair and a desk. The room was cleverly designed so instead of a chair or sofa there is a very comfortable cushion on the windowstill for one kind of position on a high table and have dinner there or recline on the cushiony surface. But the television didn't tilt so when you were in this position you were not really able to watch TV very well.

I loved the fact that it was sparkling clean- truly sparkling clean! I also liked the fact that the air conditioning actually worked, that it had a hot water kettle, and that the room didn't have any extra lights in the TV or appliances that make it hard to sleep. It also had a good curtain that kept outside lights out. It is not in the center of Copenhagen but in a new area and that may not be for everybody. But there was a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the hotel. And it is literally 40 seconds walk from the Metro station " Bella Center". There is also a wonderful Bakery next door across the street which is a perfect place for a live breakfast lunch or snack
