Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The bed was extremely comfortable, we both slept so well. The breakfast choices were amazing and catered for lactose and gluten intolerancces. We noted reviews moaning about the TV not tilting away from the wall but in honesty we just moved the pillows against the wall, problem solved. The outside terrace views were stunning, making lovely morning's and evening's memories spent with good food and wine.

We liked the warm and cosy atmosphere. I loved the little touches, with candles flowers etc. It was hygge throughout. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with wide variety of delicious and healthy choices.

United KingdomWe did not really see a member of staff in our one night stay. we arrived after 3 so the reception was closed and keys left out for us. in the morning at breakfast there were no staff around should we have any problems or requests. the only person we saw was as we checked out. The rooms were tiny even the ‘standard double’ and carpets and chairs were stained. the bedding and towels were clean and the beds comfortable but these were the only plus points. The showers in both our rooms were broken and would not stay up at any height. the bathroom was clean but tired, fan did not work and there was mould in the corners.

GermanyThe hotel smells awful ......it smells even worse when you walk into your room. The hotel has very old furnishings, smells horrible, the beds are horribly small...my wife and I had to sleep facing sideways , so we could both be on the bed. The room is so small that two people can't get along. Breakfast was ok.
