Reviews of Motel Stege

The owners are so nice, helpful, even booked a taxi for us because the taxi company only spoke danish. The room was wide, superclean, has a table with four chairs, tastfully decorated. The owners offer a shared fully equiped kitchen, two spacy and fully equiped bathrooms, and they have two washing machines and two dryers for the guests. Everything is clean and easy with the place and the owners.

It's quite far from the center, but you could see that on the map, and for the price, you can't ask for more. The room was very hot; we opened the window and a spider got in—it's a common occurrence in green spaces.

The location and simplicity were perfect

We arrived here soaking wet, way before checkin time. The super friendly cleaner told us to come in, have a coffee in the common area and even gave us a space to change clothes. She then finished our room, so we could leave our bags there and explore the island. Super nice of her! We liked having a well equipped joint kitchen to prepare our own meals. Children liked having their own beds in the loft area. This works perfect for older children. If you are traveling with younger children, you might have to sleep upstairs yourself, as the ladder is very steep and there is no gate on top (which again is fine for older children or four adults traveling together)

A very nice motel in Stege. Easy to find, we got a parking. Nice and clean room and a great common kitchen, well equipped. Well situated to a visit to Mons Klint (about 30 minutes drive). Nice little village.

Because of the heavy rain the owner allowed us to check in early and there was a large kitchen which was a very good stay

The location was excellent and the proprietors ever so helpful. Let us store our luggage and bikes early in the morning so we could explore the island. Went out of their way to help us figure out public transit. Community kitchen was great

Centrally located in Stege Old Town. Free parking (outside the complex but adjacent). Room had a small kitchen with fridge and hob.

Windows directly onto the street, at pavement level, so we had to have the blinds down, while in.

the room had his own kitchen and also we could use the equipment in the garage. we had breakfast on the terrace. the rooms was clean and comfortable. overall it's good location was close to the bus station and groceries stores

no staff on side. no body soup or shampoo in the bathroom. the toilet paper was low and we had to ask the cleaning staff the next day for refills.
