Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. They tried to fix it but couldn't seem to. Breakfast was ok but could be better.

At first, there was a strange smell in one of the rooms. But it was possible to ventilate. I somehow remembered that the hotel as a whole had a too intrusive smell of cleaning or something of a similar nature. And we arrived just before 8PM and no food options were possible. We also looked on the Internet ourselves, we did not see any possibilities.

It was interesting to stay in a hotel with a small aura of history. Breakfast was good.

At times, the service was slow. There was no elevator for our bags but we received help.

The breakfast was adequate with a nice selection of food. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens. The bathroom was well-equipped and modern. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night - excellent.

The furniture was slightly outdated and worn, but nothing unpleasant. The only thing that bothered me was that at 6.30 AM a worker appeared outside my window and started painting or fixing the walls and naturally also having phone conversations. This was naturally planned work and might have been avoided by moving me to another room since the hotel did not seem to be fully booked.

The location is great if one needs to do business in the nearest city of Odense. Even though the hotel is located very close to a busy road, it was a very pleasant stay without overwhelming traffic noise. On the first day, the staff was very welcoming and were taking great care of the guests. I felt very welcome. The location has a great seaside view. The room was very comfortable, light, and very clean. Great bathroom and shower facilities. There was everything I needed and more.

A great location with lovely views over the tiny harbour and the inlet. The room was great and the restaurant fantastic. All the staff were really helpful and the check out process easy. Will be looking for reasons to visit the area again...

The bathroom has an old-fashioned shower (not sure whether it's actually old or deliberately retro) with a small diameter shower head, producing only a small, focussed jet of water - not very comfortable. The room is relatively small for this price range (or relatively expensive for its size).

Nice hotel in a historic building, on a pretty location by Kerteminde Fjord (although unfortunately there is a large road separating the hotel from the fjord). The rooms are at the back of the building, so you will not be bothered by any noise from the road or the inn/restaurant (there was quite a party going on while I was staying, but my room was perfectly quiet). Very good breakfast, served by friendly and attentive staff.

Not a soundproof accommodation. We were kept up until midnight by the guests living downstairs from hour room - since they were playing some game outside. Travelling with a 2 year old that was far from ideal. The two young male breakfast waiters where unhelpful and was eating whilst clearing the buffet table. No proper napkins for breakfast and no one clearing our table even though we were the only guests there. Only traditional black coffee available - no cappuccino/espresso/latte etc. available.

The location was excellent. A playground was just two minutes away. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Room looked out on to the beer garden and found floor level. The bar was not in service but drinks could be taken in to the beer garden.
