It's a huge hostel and it takes a while to get anywhere. Also, the elevators have a mind of their own.

The double room is really tiny but clean and cosy. I cannot imagine sharing it with another person, but for me it was great. There's minimal storage, but I travel light, so it wasn't an issue. The kitchen is awesome and the stuff is friendly. Great location.

The bathroom in my room is kind of small and the water out seems to be stuck in the shower. The bed should have a curtain if it is mixed dorm. The room is quite small as well. For other activities, you need to pay extra fees which are usually free in most hostels I have been to (e.g., kitchen, storage of luggages).

It is a big building with many facilities and things to connect with people such as gym, yoga, bar, kitchen, common hall. I dont join to drink but it is a nice concept.

I stayed at the hostel for a week with my wife and two kids. The location is excellent, and you can do a lot on foot. When we needed to take a bus, the central station was just a few minutes’ walk away. The staff is very relaxed, friendly, and attentive. Every day a different activity is offered to bring guests together, such as karaoke night, pictionary night (more family-oriented), and others more geared toward solo travelers, like beer pong, burger night, etc. There’s also the option to use the laundry, the soccer field, pool tables, foosball tables, board games... there’s really too much to list. Totally worth it, and I’m sure I’ll stay at Next House again when I come back to Copenhagen.

Be warned, the four bed dorm rooms are SMALL, even by European standards. Cleanliness is so-so for the rooms. Being one of the only budget accommodation options in the city, it does get very busy, but had a good vibe.

Very well run business, lots of common area space to chill and do your own thing. Breakfast in the morning is good value and a great way to start the day as Copenhagen is a pretty expensive city.

My only negative would be that there was no karaoke on our last night. We had such a good time at the music bingo the previous night we planed our 2nd evening around a similar vibe at the karaoke. It was supposed to start at 9pm but it didn’t happen with no communication anywhere that it wasn’t going ahead.

Amazing stay in this fabulous hostel that has got everything right. The rooms are great, the facilities great, the various activities it offers are great, the staff are helpful and friendly. I was a bit dubious booking a hostel but this place is amazing.the pizza buffet and breakfast are so much cheaper than they would have been elsewhere.

Our first stay, the bathroom wasn't very clean and the bedsheets had stains on them. But on our second stay, it was much cleaner. Just would be nice to have a bath mat. Overall a very decent stay.

Great location, lots of events on, affordable & decent food at the onsite restaurant, sports room was great and free fooseball was a handy time killer when having to wait for check-in or transport. We stayed here twice on our holiday and the second time the room & bathroom was much cleaner than the first time. Simple rooms with everything you need.

The room was a bit small, which sometimes felt cramped. In the evenings the common area could get quite busy and noisy, not ideal if you’re looking for quiet time.

The atmosphere was modern and lively, with great facilities and a welcoming common area. The location close to the city center made it very easy to explore Copenhagen. Breakfast was simple but tasty and well prepared.

This was my first time staying at a hostel and I really liked it. The beds gave you a bit more privacy as well. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to participate in any of the activities they had to offer but I’m sure they’d be great!
