Food options other than breakfast were limited, especially for vegetarians. I arrived exhausted on a Sunday evening and had to walk 4 or 5 blocks to find something open. Also thought it was very expensive for a pleasant but not special room.

the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and at one point almost into the main bedroom. Tried to have room service one night - the app wasn't working so tried phoning down, but never answered and cut off (tried a few times and this kept happening)

Good location with easy walking to everything. Exceptional breakfast great selection including any dietry requirements. Very comfortable beds (slept so well) with a choice of pillows.

The people at the desk were very helpful. Unfortunately, one of them told us to walk in the wrong direction to get the Hop On Hop Off Bus. It was hard to make a reservation on the rooftop. We stumbled upon it. No one informed us of it.

The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent. There were many choices and the food was DELICIOUS. The concierge -Ugo and Pelan were very helpful. They gave us excellent information.

Early check in does not exist. Had to wait till 3pm to check in. You would think that there would be better accommodation for customers flying in from different locations Early in the morning., especially with what you are paying to stay at this hotel.

The wine glasses and coffee cups were not always replaced. There was no wine opener. We felt that the new towels that were put in the shower were placed carelessly, just to finish the task as quickly as possible without paying attention to details, and sometimes it seemed that only the bed was made, but nothing else was done.

Location is excellent! close to public transportation. Walking to the city center takes about 15 - 20 minutes.

Because it is a popular hotel with tourist groups, there needs to be more staff at the check-in/out desk to avoid long lines, especially for guests arriving after a long trip.

The hotel's location is ideal, just steps from the metro to/from the airport. The breakfast was terrific and we looked forward to it. The room was modern and well-maintained, with a terrific walk-in shower. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. In fact, the head of Guest Relations spotted that my birthday was during my stay and surprised me with a welcoming card and pastry. Copenhagen is a walkable city and the hotel is surrounded by attractions and just a short walk of less than a mile to Tivoli Gardens. The Roof Top Bar/restaurant is lovely. I highly commend this hotel.

I was charged two times and when returning the first payment / guarantee made at booking the difference between the initial amount and the credited one was about - 80€ . Wrote an email to the hotel without any answer ….till now . Hope to recover this amount at the end of.

This hotel is right next to Christianshavn Metro station, with a direct line from the airport, making it very convenient. It’s also just a short distance from the city center. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely designed.

More Attention to details is required when cleaning and refreshing the room. Tv channels restrictive and smart tv options not available. Non danish speakers will find the entertainment options pretty non existent in the hotel.

Rooms are not prepared at night. No water bottles in the room . Very noisy doors when open and closed by neighbors rooms we couldn’t sleep . When we arrived there was not a bell man and we took our luggage to our room .
