For us Australians, places like Copenhagen and Scandinavia are expensive, due to the exchange rate. We had to dig deep to stay in this hotel. The meal we had in the restaurant was extremely expensive and only moderately of good standard and value. The room in the hotel was attractive, but not much room for our suitcases and moving about.

Excellent standard of staff service on the front desk and in the restaurant. Very polite, courteous and individual. Delightful interior in hotel and attractive surrounds. The under-floor heating in the bathroom was a delightful luxury.

The room was a little small and difficult to get round the bed. The lights from the minibar was on at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, so showering took a while, but that's only a minor issue.

Great location in Nyhavn with all sights in walking distance. Very tasty and various breakfast buffet. The hotel room is a real vibe with the old wooden stilts and scandinavian interior. However the ceiling is a bit low, but that's a given for such old buildings. Tap water is drinkable :D

We would have preferred to be able to use air-conditioning for cooling. It was very hard to get good air-flow in the room, with those windows.

Excellent fresh breakfast & a very good variety. The staff were helpful. The restaurant for dinner was delicious. The ambiance was calm yet exciting for holiday time. The hotel was in a great location.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. The elevator is a little small but that is the charm, I guess of a unique property.

This property is exceptional. The beds are super comfortable. From the helpful staff to the mouth watering breakfast to the location ( on the water) , everything is special. They helped us with bike rides . Every staff member was super nice and made you feel special

The bathtub shower. It’s very high and not good with mobility issues.

The room our view was spectacular. The bed was Comfy. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. For our 40th there was champagne and a balloon. It was magical.

Outstanding views of harbor from our corner suite on the 6th floor ( hotel gave us an upgrade!). Very kind, professional staff who graciously shared their expertise. Delicious breakfast with many Danish foods. Location was quiet despite being so close to the tourist area.

My first room #103. (changed after one night) Very small, no cupboard just hangers on a rack. Two drawers but only one could be opened. One was blocked by the bedside table.

Great hotel in an excellent location on Nyhavn. Many sights within walking distance. Quiet hotel with cozy rooms. Some rooms are a bit cramped and have no wardrobe. Rooms with a view are more expensive. My room (223) was very dark as there was only a small window. Very helpful, friendly and competent staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.
