It’s also wonderful to know you appreciated the design of the hotel, our surroundings, and especially the under-floor heating in the bathroom — a small touch that we are glad made a difference during your stay. We completely understand your comments regarding the cost of travel, especially for guests visiting from abroad, and we truly appreciate that you chose to stay with us. Regarding the restaurant, we’re sorry to hear that the dining experience didn’t fully meet your expectations in terms of value. While the restaurant is located within the hotel, it is independently owned and operated — but we will be sure to pass your feedback on to their team. As for room space, we know it can be a bit limited in some rooms, particularly when traveling with larger suitcases. Please don’t hesitate to speak to our front desk on a future visit — we are always happy to store your suitcase during your stay to help create a bit more space. We are sorry to hear that your stay was affected by noise and that the room size did not meet your expectations. As our hotel is located in a converted historic warehouse, each room has a unique layout, and sizes may vary. We do include detailed room information, including dimensions, on various websites to help guests choose the option that best suits their needs. While we do our best to create a peaceful environment, we unfortunately cannot control noise from outside the hotel, especially given our vibrant location near Nyhavn. That said, we would have appreciated the opportunity to assist during your stay regarding the interior noise. We also truly value your feedback regarding the room temperature and airflow. Our hotel is equipped with a modern climate control system designed to maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. While it doesn’t function like traditional air-conditioning, it does provide consistent cooling and ventilation. That said, we understand that preferences vary, especially during warmer weather, and we're always happy to assist with additional solutions to improve comfort during your stay.
