The room was exceedingly small, the bath tub felt like a safety hazard, and a few of the employees were snarky.

Phoenix CPH was able to accommodate a morning check-in that I was very grateful for. Extremely nice staff. I was on the first floor and had a very quiet single standard room. The room was small, but manageable for a single female traveler like myself. There's a fan in the room, but it's not AC. It was fine for me, but if you're someone who prefers AC, you might find the room a bit hot or stuffy. Comfortable bed and had a good night's rest. The highlight of the hotel is the location. Easily accessible to lots of things.

Nothing bad to say other than maybe a few tweaks to modernise the lobby area and other communal areas, could even bring more revenue from guests not staying in the hotel, from the hotel and bar for example. This is not a luxury hotel rather a mid range, charming and amazing location

Great location, old school charm, comfortable bedrooms with everything you need and friendly, hospitable staff. A nice surprise as it's our first stay here and a place you would happily skip by. The bar was a little charmless but it was great option for an dinner drink and open :-)

Went to Executive Lounge at 7pm and no food was there! Asked to have some delivered as there was still an hour! Someone came close to closing and asked if we wanted food! We declined!

Room size is a bit small but its very cozy and big enough for 1 person stay.

It is located right in the heart of everything, you can walk pretty much everywhere from the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you prefer to sleep with window open over street, it can be noisy. However, i given a choice of a quieter room over the courtyard or a room over the street - i chose the street, in future i would choose the courtyard so i could have the windows open.

The beds were a dream - so soft and snuggly and i actually looked forward to a comfortable sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were able to check into our room early, a bonus after travelling on a humid day. The hotel is perfectly situated between the palace and Nyhavn canal and within walking distance of all other attractions if you are happy to do so; also there is a train station close by with an easy commute to the airport.

Its a nice heritage look - really well located. The access to the Executive lounge was an added bonus as it was a lovely setting for drinks, coffee, and snacks.

The size of the bed was somewhat small - which I think would be the case in most hotels in Copenhagen. Depending on which street the windows of the room are facing could be slightly loud. However there is an AC, so technically one could go without opening the windows.

The location is EXCELLENT, staff are very nice and friendly. The room was clean.
