Breakfast and beds were ok

We had a room at streetside, people making alot of noice until 03:00 on seats in front of the hotel. After that traffic noise from trucks on the rough pavement. Sleep impossible even with earplugs. Warm water took 3 to 4 minutes to arrive at the tap!

Little steep staircase;

I love the bathroom,bed and covers and wall rope. The hotel style was ok. But hated that there wasn't and elevator. It wasn't handicap friendly.

The room was ok, the changing plug on the wall by the bed was blocked by the pipe. The heating pipe could be hidden. The shampoo was very little. The time we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to receive us, we had to wait on the lobby for about 26 mins for someone to show up at 7 am. Even after we made a call. And i did indicated the time frame we could be arriving. The receptionist during our check out was nice and understanding. Seems to be some miscommunication between the staff about the booking. The bathroom lacks a towel stand.

The breakfast is not longer included.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Hotel's restaurant serves very delicious food and breakfast was great.

Walls are very thin and that really disturbed my sleep. They don't clean the rooms everyday, which makes a longer stay a bit uncomfortable.

All ok, but three minuses. 1- hard to find the keys that were put ready, at least for first time visitors. 2- no ac, damp room low quality air. 3 - Bad parking offers, came with a big car and had to park illegally to have it close by

We have no room cleaning during one week we ask to make up the room but they refused even garbage.

Convenient. Quiet. Excellent breakfast.

No staff at the desk or as far as we could tell in the whole building after 8:30 in the evening. Rather strange. Outside door locked and nobody told us the first night how to get in!!

The location in the centre is excellent, also good parking. Wonderful shower.

The noisy hallway floor outside the room. The room was not inviting, hardly any decoration, no desk to put a laptop on, the bed mattresses should be changed, because they sag. No lift. Not enough seating in the restaurant to accommodate all hotel guests, we had to have dinner somewhere else.

Good breakfast, clean and close to Hirtshals if you’re catching a ferry.

No lift and we stayed at 3rd floor. The key didn’t work properly that we used 10 minutes to open the door.

Quick area to stay at from ferry. Clean and good size bathroom, good parking area.

Small Bed, after looking about at night I finally found the envelope with room keys in, and I had to ask where the breakfast area was as there weren't any signs that I could see, breakfast down the lower stairs.

- The hotel is located in the center of the town and easy to find. - Parking area provided. - Late check-in possible. - Good location to stay after arriving by ferry from Norway in the evening.

- The breakfast was okay but not really good.
