staff access was difficult, i had no understanding of what, who or how - the classic intro to your check in. I was hoping to know what else was on offer, or if I needed assistance, how to seek it. With 0 phone or reception access unless I was lucky, I spent most of the time guessing or checking links on. e.g. the dinner menu had changed, only once I arrived for dinner.

We were in a room, sited around the courtyard, but the room was relatively small. The plumbing/shower room needs updating for the price that we had paid!

The hotel position was lovely - in town. We were able to park our motorcycles within the confines of the hotel courtyard. The staff were really helpful and the restaurant/food were excellent.

Food was very good. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The bedroom was a disappointment - reminded me of student accommodation. The bathroom needed a deep clean in my view. Stained fixtures in the shower. I would have loved a bath but I hadn’t made the booking so not sure if that was an option. Best points - staff, food and the location is very central.

The location is great, quite and just outside a really nice restaurant if needed, the room was very spacious and clean with a great shower and the breakfast was perfect. Also helped keep my bike off the main road and in the inner court yard which was really good of them

Had to climb few sets of stairs to room and had lovely view of church but bells chimed in the hour 24 hours a day.

Friendly staff - helped securely parking motorbike, interesting history to building but quite modern rooms - delicious breakfast. Would return.

Upon arrival, the toilet was dirty with feces. If you have difficulty walking, the stairs, which are quite numerous, can be a challenge. The room door sticks very hard, making it very noisy to close. The shower head wouldn't stay in place, so you have to hold it by hand. No TV streaming. Staff shortages are noticeable in the way questions are answered, which unintentionally comes across as unfriendly. I haven't seen anyone offer the option of cooking your own egg for breakfast; it's not practical.

We took economy room for 1 night, €122 including breakfast. The room was rather old and not renewed. The old walk carpet was painted over, electricity is very shabby and unsafe. I had to put tape of my own on a broken extension cord. For €122 in this area I wouldn't have expected to get a room which is usually hired by travelling craftsmen.... The curtain is very thin, so 5an is bright light in the room, you need no alarm to wake up. Everything is very old and rather shabby, certainly not worth this price. Breakfast was too late for my schedule, and the lady who I asked took no effort in offering a packed breakfast. Later I heard it's a usual thing in Denmark to take breakfast out. When I asked if I could prepare breakfast myself to take out I was told I could ask the breakfast staff, usually they allow it. Hallway to the room heavily stinks of fungus al mildew, very unhealthy. A hotel to avoid! Maybe the more expensive rooms are better, but in my opinion €122 is already expensive for a town at world's end. The bed and curtain made it difficult to sleep, think I slept 1 hour or so.

You should definitely update your information about the restaurant kitchen closes already at 21.00. We were at first denied to have dinner when we arrived at 20.57 and told that kitchen was already closed. Thankfully there was one person serving that finally managed to pursuade the chef to be a bit more service-minded and cook a meal for us. A BIG thank you to the woman serving!!

The room was full of big black spiders and lots of spider web. Plus overall very dirty. As the reception was closed and no one to contact I left and had to sleep in the car.
