Great international hotel. Brilliant breakfast buffet that the children especially loved- making their own waffles! Good rooms, easy to walk to Tivoli Gardens and the metro system. Lots of coffee and food options locally. Nice waterside lake location.

When dividing doors closed one side of room didn't benefit from air conditioning. Bathroom door was a bit see-through!

Room layout, good choice at breakfast, warm welcome ans child friendly. Great location - we walked to everything! Very clean. Loved the lake view.

We had issues with the AC, wouldn’t blast cold enough air. So we were given a desktop fan at least. One of the windows wouldn’t close properly, we did ask at reception for somebody to have a look and nobody came. The sofa beds made our backs ache a bit.

Breakfast was excellent, great variety. Location again was perfect and reachable for all places to go to.

A fantastic location, right by central station and metro stations and very easy to get to from the airport. Room was absolutely fine, although WiFi was very patchy in the room (no issue at all in the breakfast room or reception) Breakfast was good with lots of choice. You have to book your time in advance, but that's not really a problem. Staff were great and helpful. Slight issue with leaving baggage. When I asked was told it wouldn't be a problem, but then at check out was directed to pay lockers - however when I challenged this was able to store for free. Clean, comfy and on the 17th floor, a great view!

Cleaning could be better (we had sand on the floors after daily cleaning, and one of the towels had a ball of long dark hairs on it).

We stayed at a family room which was spacious enough for 1 adult and 2 kids. Great breakfast, and even though the breakfast room was busy, they were very organised. Well working AC was very nice, since it was quite hot outside. The kids’ room was a nice thing. It has some games etc. We were not told about this room during the check-in and it was a bit hidden, found it by accident.

The room could have been more comfortable. The beds were not the most comfortable and overall the room felt very basic.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the location was fantastic, close to the city centre so we could walk everywhere. We had a family room and it was a decent size.

Road work was going near this building which makes little bit uncomfortable.

Room has sufficient space for one family. Breakfast is delicious and this location is quieter near to public transportation.

One dissatisfaction was related to the fact that, upon inquiry from your front desk about whether or not we wanted room cleaned, I responded "yes". However, the room was never cleaned. I even inquired of a housekeeping staff who gave me an indication that it would be cleaned and it never was. Additionally, the quality of the towels was very disappointing. They were very thin and I expected more when paying more than $300 per night. The addition of wash cloths also would have been nice.

Breakfast was great. The location was good. Front desk staff were welcoming.

Our door didn't tend to close properly, without needing to be quite firm with it. The coffee and tea making facilities in the room were very lacking. Creamer powder which is very very old fashioned. The selection was quite poor too. Surprising from a country that has an amazing dairy industry. Mini fridge wouldn't go amiss also. Shower also needed servicing - shower head was spitting all over the place.

Plentiful, varied breakfast with options for the whole family. Very comfortable bed with an amazing view. Staff were fantastic, always ready to help and provided tips on the use of a PlayStation in the kidszone in the soft play area. Exclusive use of a lift for the 18th floor made us feel quite special. Major plus from us for the waffle maker too - ingenious!
