The location is convenient, easily accesibile. The breakfast is really good, with multiple options available. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets clean.

The cleanness can be considerably improved as the bathroom was not clean, the doors and furniture had stains and fingerprints on them (in the context in which the design of the rooms is black). Moreover, during our 4-days stay, the garbage wasn’t picked up at all. The heating system is not working (it is centrally set up at 21 degrees).

Good location near Metro. Great breakfasts and very spacious room. Comfortable and clean. Ideal for weekend break.

Rooms quite dark and couldn’t get aircon to work.

Feedback / guidance that paying with a different currency makes such a different would be great upfront. The bar does it. Reception did not. 50€+ for nothing

nice location near to metro station. Some nice cafe's nearby. Hotel is just confused in trying to be trendy with the dimmed lights and yet its cheap in its attitude, and not that comfortable

Expensive for what it is. Room is small. Sofabed uncomfortable and noisy (needed some wd40 to stop the creaking), just disappointing not in keeping with Copenhagen. For those in the UK, not up to premier inn standard

That was the second time i stayed at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Nice location, very helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, great breakfast. If i visit Copenhagen again, I'll prefer it again. Totally recommend it as a value for money choice.

The view was spectacular on the 10th floor. The bar is nice. The location is not bad.

Summer pricing. Absolutely crazy pricing. The bed wasn't queen or double. It was two beds put together. There's no kettle or coffee in the room. No mini bar or even a fridge. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower is so tiny. There's no place to put anything on the sink. Housekeeping wouldn't remove dirty glasses, had to leave a note. There's no phone in the room so can't reach reception. Forget room service.

Great location. Big room. Metro is close-by & fantastically convenient. Beautiful city. Block out blinds - great for after a long flight & when in need of a good sleep. Comfy beds & pillows. Great shower. Breakfast was lovely. Fantastic stay. Thank you!

Excellent location. Very close to the metro to get into the Central city. Walking distance to a supermarket and lots of eating places around the hotel.

The only downside was that the room had no small fridge.

Location very good. Breakfast very good. Gym is small but enough to work off the breakfast

Standard rooms should at least include tea coffee making facility
