Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI received an email early in the morning, saying my room is ready for check-in. When I arrived (around 9am), I was told it was not ready yet - fair enough. However, I did not expect not being able to leave my luggage at the reception and having to use the self-storage facilities downstairs (400 DKK for 4 hours). Had to use it for 8 hours as a result.
Good location. Clean and comfortable room and modern facilities.

SwitzerlandThe online check in prior to arrival didn't work very well (we received the link for only one of the two rooms booked, and couldn't change nor include breakfast options for the whole party), and messages sent via booking went unanswered. We informed of this at check-in, but still this resulted in some confusion regarding breakfast costs during the whole stay: double payment and need for reimbursing on the first day, and wrong/incomplete charges at check-out. Staff was always kind and attentive and everything eventually was sorted out, but would recommend checking and confirming breakfast options and costs troughout stay to avoid any surprises.
Excellent breakfast, Very central location. Really recommend and would gladly come back.

JerseyRooms very small for nearly £200 a night. Poor communication prior to arrival, particularly if it is a conversation required rather than a single request. If you're using metro or trains for getting around, it is not close to these for convenience.
Once there the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Good location if you're a walker.

PolandCheck-in is very late – at 16:00! The price for renting the hotel bike is very expensive. It is much cheaper to use city bikes than to use the hotel bike conveniently located at the entrance. The light switches in the hotel room are illogical and difficult to turn on and off. The bed pillows are uncomfortable. The luggage storage room is open to everyone and has a large sign saying 'At your own risk'. This is below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Beware if you want to leave your laptop or any other valuable items in your luggage, as there is virtually nobody in the large room and anyone can get in and search through your luggage undisturbed. The hotel management deserves 1 star for this alone.
Variety of food at the breakfast. Good location, close to the city centre and Carlsberg museum. Bus stop that is located just outside of the hotel which can get you easily from and to the airport Iron and ironing board in the room

TurkeyWe were very disappointed due to air condition system in the room. This is the first time I am experiencing in any hotel where you cannot control the AC in your room. The temparature in the room was fixed to 21.3 degrees and it was blowing all the time. We were freezing and my little daughter has AC allergy and started coughing heavily. We raised our complain twice but there was no solution found/offered for the first 2 nights, then changed room which was not exact solution to the problem but AC in new room was better.

RomaniaPreferably, I would have enjoyed just a bit more extra space in the room. It was manageable, but as a choice, I would have loved to have it a bit bigger.
The hotel is fancy, clean and the staff was very professional. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was really rich and with plenty of options for everyone (loved the kids corner, as we travelled with your children). I enjoyed the hotel room design and the facilities it offered, the bed was very confortable and the family room had a pull-out sofa, which was sufficient for our family of 4. It was great that we could leave our luggage in their storage after check out and the location was nice as well. It was easy to move around (bus and metro).
