Hi, Thank you very much for the review – we value your opinion. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at the hotel. The QR-System is made as an easier way for guests to get information on the hotels facilities, learn about the Swan Label and what that means for Scandic, and to book for breakfast during weekends and holidays and cleaning. All rooms comes with ventilation to let fresh air enter the room. This ventilation can also be adjusted regarding the temperature. We are sorry if the lights confused you as well.
