I’m truly sorry about the situations that affected your stay – the breakfast timing and of course the evacuation. The fire you mention was fortunately "just" a parasol on the terrace and was quickly taken care of, but even a small fire must always be treated with the utmost seriousness. The safety of our guests will always come first. I understand it was still an uncomfortable situation. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and grateful for your feedback.
