Beautiful, centrally located 2 bedroom apartment. Both the host, Frederik and the cleaner were incredibly friendly and had many great suggestions for Lyngby and Copenhagen! Check in and out were very easy and they were accommodating with our early arrival and departures!

4 flights of stairs, tough when you have a lot to carry up. We picked facility because we thought the unit had washer and dryer in unit. When asked, we were told the laundry facilities were across the street, but later found out that only some apartment units have washer and dryer in unit and that there was washer and dryer available on the property for tenants to use.

Location, nice and clean apartment, very convenient to train, buses, food and shopping. Offered all appliances and household items that we needed for our stay.

The toilet is extremely small to be used by 4 people as no place to hang out towels, so each of us need to hang out towel in the living area. Plus it is on the ground floor with able to see through glass panels, so we need to close the curtains 24*6 days during our stay

The location is excellent. It is not only near to train station, it is also near to high street which has numerous grocery shops, eating places & some fashion shops. The host is very responsive to our inquiries.

The cleanliness must obviously be improved. I found a plastic bag under the bed, where someone supposedly cleaned, cobwebs in the corner of the closet. The bathroom of apartment 2 clearly needs to be renovated. The shower is actually a corner of the bathroom around which you can draw a plastic curtain. If you pull the shower curtain, it will touch you and stick to it because the space is very small. If you don't pull the shower curtain, all the water flows into the bathroom. I found the toilet very dirty, "due to calcium deposits from the water", according to the owner. But such a thing is still not admissible. I don't think a new toilet bowl costs more than one night's accommodation, so it could easily be replaced.

The location is good, near the train station and some supermarkets. The owner responded to our requests, but the reported problems require something more than a nice gesture from the owner.

The steps with suitcases was difficult but understandable. Minor hint, need instructions on the rubbish disposal etc. We are from Australia and it works very differently here.

We loved the location and how central it was to supermarkets, food options and also the Train Station. It was only a short train ride to the city as well. No hustle and bustle at all. It was a lovely unit and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was also great having washing facilities.

A little better cleaning under the bed ;-). And be aware that the bathroom is a typical small, older apartment type bathroom, you will find in many places in the Copenhagen Area, so there is no separate shower, just a curtain.

One of the owners, Frederik, met us at the location and helped us get in. He was very nice. The place was clean, and the kitchen was OK equipped. Frederik was super responsive throughout our stay.

The apartament is on the last floor and was very hot in it, we tried to sleep by opened windows but was too loud, it's on the busy street.

Very good equiped apartment, clear, comfortable beds, great contact with the staff. Parking possibilities near by but expensive 250 DK per 24h, with app.

The bathrooms don't have ventilation and it is hard to air out.

The location is nice - close to train station (Copenhagen 25min), shopping and restaurants. The owner was communicating with us very well and helps us with the parking.

only problem was the shower room - the drainage wasn't great and flooded the whole bathroom floor. We had to put towels down as a barrier.

The bathroom is VERY small, there is not enough space at all, also the bathroom does not have any shelf where you can put all your stuff. There were a few spiders and spider webs in one bedroom.

The apartment's location is great, 2 minutes to the station and bus stop, where you can easily get to the city. The apartment is pretty nice, the kitchen and living room are cozy. here was all the needed stuff in the kitchen.

Location of the apartment is near to the train station, which is a big plus if you want to go to Copenhagagen. However its located on the street where all buses going to the station pass on or even worse stop at traffic lights making noise since 5:30 am

The apartment is a flat with two bedrooms and s licing room. Evrything you need is there - coffe machine, microwave, etc. The town itself is very nice and clean.

This is a great place to stay. It is centrally located with lots of shops, just a couple minutes walk to the metro, and bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes. Highly recommend. The only drawback is hauling your suitcase up five flights of stairs.

Convenient location steps from grocery store and train. Excellent value. Lyngby is a short train ride from Copenhagen and a tranquil place to come back to. The apartment was perfect and the host was super responsive

The apparat has everything you need & is comfortable Very helpful staff. It was a bit chilly and he organized an electrical heater right away. The location is very convenient. Right next to the train station. Supermarket just around the corner The parking right behind the house is very convenient. You pay with either APCOA App or Easy Park.

Excellent location. Convenient to use both trains and buses. Well placed to use public transport and lots of shopping options. Well appointed with very comfortable bedding, great heating and well equipped kitchen.
