We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe kitchen was dirty. There was a mouldy coffee filter in the coffee maker :( and I didn't trust that the pots and pans where clean, so before use I would do rinse them properly. The whole appartment was dusty. Bathroom was cleanish, it had a misterous vague cigarette smell about it. The curtain rail in the small room was broken.
The appartment was close to the metro station. There is a grocery shop next to it. For Kopenhagen it was affordable and quite spacious. You get what you pay for and it is what it is...

Location is great, a lot of markets around and 8 minutes away from train that takes you to city center.

Czech RepublicThe apartment was very dirty. Kitchen equipment, for example kettle and pots had massive amount of (hopefully) limescale built up. Strong cat urine smell in the building. Dust everywhere. Beds were not made up, we had to put on the bedding ourself.

United KingdomThere is no lift and it is on the second floor so bear in mind if have mobility problems.
Good location and easy to find with clear instructions. Secure space for our bikes and well equipped. Lovely balcony and it is handy for the shops on the street below. There is a double bed in its own bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom then twin beds within a living/dining room. It is spacious with seating to eat in both the kitchen and living space. Lovely outlook to trees at the back and the street at the front.

DenmarkThe beds are poor, linen was not even on, which is to be expected for 1700kr per night. It’s not clean, the kitchen is subpar, and things like the TV suddenly don’t work. Check in was not 4pm as listed either, we had to wait till 4.45pm
