We sincerely apologize that we did not inform you about our cleaning on-demand concept during check-in. This is usually a part of our procedure and we will make sure to follow up on that for any future stays. In addition to the information provided at check-in, our cleaning on-demand concept is displayed around the hotel and with an information flyer in each room. Regarding the plastic water bottles, we understand your concern. While we currently provide plastic bottles, they can be refilled and reused with tap water. Additionally, Denmark has an efficient recycling system with a deposit return system, which ensures that plastic bottles are recycled responsibly. We are continuously exploring ways to further reduce our environmental impact and appreciate your feedback as we work towards more sustainable solutions. Once again, thank you for your feedback.
