Beds were 50 years old. Saggy. Gave us terrible backaches. Room was unbearably hot. Battery operated fan gave out in one hour. Grounds were very messy.

Mattresses , bathroom and shower should be renovated, breakfast. Cleaning at the entrance many leaves perhaps from autumn. No one at reception when we arrived and not message where where we can found the Receptionist !

Disappointing breakfast not worth the money. Powder scrambled eggs totally tasteless. No selection of tea. Food selection really limited. Tables dirty and we had to clean one for ourselves. Food quickly running out and it took a long time before ne one was brought. Hotel looks old.

Location in the middle of the park offers nice views at breakfast. Also close to the fjord with lots of free parking available.

The bath was unclean with red and black marks from probably a former woman. Also after starting the spa, dirt came out, and even a hairpiece, yak. I had to clean the whole thing, unacceptable. That is the main reason for a bad review. The following stuff a smaller things, but things that could be better for a top evaluation: There were no curtains at the little window in the bathroom, it is difficult to know when you arrive late whether people can look in. Even though you say at that height nobody can look in, psychologically it would still be nice. The curtains in the main room/bedroom were just enough to cover with fine adjustment, they were ok but not fully dark, whatever it is called, only semi-dark. The placement of the towels relative to the shower is a mess, you must go diagonally when wet to the other corner the get the towels. The size for the spa bath is as mentioned okay, but you can't fit two plus size people at the same time and very high people might not fit, but it is better than most small baths in other hotels, which are always too short. The spa bath turned on spontaneously with no water, one time in the middle of the night. You can only use the window to adjust airflow / get steam out in the bathroom. Something in the roof that you can adjust would be nice. The shower control is like a long stick out, it is very sensitive when you adjust the water temperature, but because of the length of it, it kind of gets in the way when you shower. I would prefer an actual closed cabinet, there is only this open one at the entrance. I would like a shelf for my own shampoo etc. I missed somewhere to place my toothbrush etc. Ironing in a room for this price class is expected. Perhaps a little something to sit at, in the entrance when you put your shoes on, but on the other hand you could move one of the chairs from the main room. The code for the room was sent late. Should we expect app-controlled light in 2024?

Large bathroom and two zinks and a huge wall mirror. There is a spa bath, not huge but ok for medium-sized people, and separate from the shower Ok view in winter, but not sure about summer times due to the threes. Good space at the entrance where you arrive with luggage and a place to place your luggage. Slippers and stuff, though they "looked" used underneath, but I think it is because they washed them and reused them, which is a good thing, they were pure and clean at the top. I think it could work well for handicaps too.

I would have loved the used towels, that I'd folded in the bathroom, and the used coffee cup to have been taken out daily; otherwise, everything was amazing! Thank you for my introduction to Denmark.

Reception staff was not qualified. We were double charged by booking and the hotel. Even we informed the hotel that booking has already deducted the amount. It took us a couple of e-mails and time to get the money back.

The view was great. But trees did block a bit of the waterside. But they are big old beautiful trees and might be protected. So would call that a nitpick. The jacuzzi had tablets to drop in for cleaning before and after use. We did that. But I did notice that the surface area was not as clean as it could have been. Also after use if no additional cleaning is done beyond these tablets. Then that is not great but I don't know.

Liked the view and location. Had great food. The building was also good looking from the inside. Very nice to have a long jacuzzi with led lights and awesome products to use. This Danish brand Ecoessentials line up of shampoo to hand cream, very nice.

The none smoking and allergy friendly room, smelled badly of smoke. I got a new room but also this one had poor air quality.

Lokation in the park and by the water. Size of the room and bathroom. Lovely dining area with beautiful view.
