Our cottage had a view to the toilet, which slightly spoiled the impression of the holiday. However, this applies only to cottage No. 1 — all the others have a nice view.

Breakfast was good, as the selection was not very large, but everything was tasty. The only thing missing was vegetables — there were very few of them. The selection of dishes in the restaurant for dinner was quite poor, and there wasn’t a salads. The cottages are very beautiful, clean, and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. There was a very nice terrace. I liked the kitchen, which had everything needed for cooking.

We had a family cabin which did not include a kitchen or kitchenette. Some Basic cooking facilities would be nice. Like a proper drip coffee machine, maybe a single induction burner or a small oven. The kettle provided was full of limescale and not usable. Our kids were a bit too young to enjoy the minigolf. A trampoline, bouncy pillow or similar would make the location even better. How ever, we really enjoyed the big lawn in front of the lake. Breakfast is a bit expensive in relation to what you get, but that seems to be the standard in Denmark in general.

Very luxurious, comfortable beds, great location. Better for couples or friends with older children. The soft sound inside the cabins were really enjoyable. It was like being inside a soft pillow. The outside terrace was spacious and private even though there's cabins all around you.

Although it was more expensive than before, we were happier with this stay compared to the previous one (where we only had two sayings). We did not have breakfast. I think everything was generally good, but there were a few issues—for example, the pot outside wasn't cleaned, and the bedside tables were loose. That's why I wouldn't rate it as "exceptional."

During the final cleaning, more attention should be paid to the kitchen equipment. When we arrived, the toaster was uncleaned. Some dishes were not clean. The dishwasher containd no dishwasher salt. The first room service showed up after 5 days. However, after that it was perfect.

As the challet is situated just by the lake, the place was full of mosquitos and other insects which I fully understand that is beyond the influence of the provider. :-)

Breakfast was charged extra (145 DKK), it was a simple continental selection (bread, spreads, eggs, pancakes, bacon). I liked the location, the challet was situated with a lakeview, and a nice terrace where you can enjoy the late afternoon drinks. Just few kilometers from Herning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to Herning yet beautifully situated by the lake. It’s a perfect place to unwind after an intense day. The peaceful surroundings and scenic views make it ideal for relaxation. Highly recommended!

stayed here before, but first time i’m staying double room. of course other rooms (living area kitchen with one double bed only) is more spacious, since i am staying by myself only, i'd prefer that one. parking is just in front of the house, you have everything you'd need in the room and everything works. there is a lake in front of the hotel, good route for runners and hikers

Not the property’s fault (it’s nature) but there are a considerable amount of spiders around the cabins and going in/out late at night means going through the cobwebs and coin-sized spiders particularly around the end of summer when we visited. Bird feeders to attract migratory birds can help alleviate the issue in the future while making sure the mosquitoes around the lake don’t go out of control

The location was great, the accommodation wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, and will be back when we come to Denmark again.

The young enthusiastic roller skaters spoiled the cozy and calm evening atmosphere. The owner of the place should limit the access of young people to the recreation complex with noisy bikes etc.

Good supportive communication when arriving later than normal check-in time. Nice area just nearby the lake with very comfortable very well equipped houses. Danish superb breakfast is just easy to enjoy and perfect start for the morning. Comfortable beds and spacious houses with nice private terrace.
