Excellent, roomy cottage with scenic views, really quiet and relaxing. Great hosts, everything you need is there. Flexible check in/out via key box. Close to many interesting sights and activities. Car is recommended. You can easily spot wildlife from the cottage. If we come back to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again!

A shoe horn would be nice.

We wanted something away from the city and this place was perfect with beautiful mornings. We loved its quiet surroundings and our hosts were always on hand to help if we had any questions.

The shower area was small and cramped. Also we are more used to showering on the same floor as the bedrooms.

A spacious and well-equipped house, easy to find, very nice hosts. And of course the location: the view from the house and terrace is stunning. The terrace is oriented towards the south so always sunny (and surrounded by lavender). The house close to the many interesting places in northern Sjaelland and yet in a very quiet place. Beautiful Fredensborg castle and gardens are really closeby and supermarkets can be found at the entrance of Fredensborg village.

The observation in some of the comments are correct: the 1st floor is spacious, with two bedrooms, but one bedroom can really only accommodate one person.

Very quiet, lovely views, nice kitchen. Central for the main sites in the region, as long as you have a car.

No tea towel provided. We had opted to bring our own bedding and towels, rather than pay extra but a dishcloth and tea towel would have been helpful.

    Property response:

We are sorry you didn’t ask for a tea towel. We would have been happy to provide a tea towel and dishcloth without charge😊 Please just ask if there is anything you need.

Fabulous location. Great facilities. Very quiet. Perfect for a family, though I was alone, working sadly.

A stock of some essentials for self catering would be an advantage. Salt, sugar, coffee etc. I think it's a Scandinavian norm, but the bedding fitted on the beds would be lovely.

The apartment was very clean and spacey. It’s in the middle of nature and very quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary tools and supplies, we didn’t miss anything. Despite the remote location, the next supermarket was only 5 minutes away and even downtown Kopenhagen can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
