I think in some aspects the cleaning could be improved. For example the desk could have been cleaned so as no marks where visible.

I appreciate the location as it is conveniently close to the workplace. Although the room is small, it is appropriate for my needs.

The bed is next to the wall so not really for two people though it's big enough. Bathroom is not very private with semi transparent wall and sliding door which doesn't close properly.

Keep in mind, that the access to the bed is only from one side and it is hard for one person to get out of the bed. The rooms are tiny.

The nightly room rate is a bit high, but hotel prices in Copenhagen generally tend to be expensive.

Wakeup Copenhagen–Borgergade is conveniently located near several attractions, such as Nyhavn, the Opera House, the Botanical Garden, Rosenborg Castle, and the main shopping street. The neighborhood also offers a wide range of restaurants (Japanese, Vietnamese, Western, and Middle Eastern), as well as small supermarkets. The original Gasoline Grill burger shop is right across the street.

Our room didn't get serviced during the expected time and we had to ask for it and wait in the hall more than one hour. The ironing self-service situated at the -1 floor was right inside the handicapped ♿️ toilet, therefore it was an unacceptable thing and a disservice especially for disabled people.. and disrespectful for them. After the room got cleaned we had to ask for the missing towels by going directly to the reception because there was no direct line in the room by telephone.

The bed was sideways at the wall under the window, no space around on 3 sides. To go to toilet at night, I had to climb over my sleeping wife. Not that great. Did the hotel meet my expections? Not sure. But seen the prices in Copenhagen...

The location of this hotel is great! many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern design and looks well maintained. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel's staff was very helpful.

A kettle or coffee making facilities would have been nice. Rooms are small - I appreciate this goes with value for money but a bit more storage would be good. Fire alarm went off at 3.30am. Not your fault but I was a little concerned about the lack of visibility of staff

The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is very close. The bed is comfortable, breakfast is decent, and the staff are very friendly. I like that the hotel has a garden where it is very pleasant to have coffee or sit and read a book.
