No interaction at all with the staff, and the check in was not very fast. The hotel is behind the train station, the area is not amazing.

Cheapest option on the dates I had to be in Copenhagen for work. Very fast checkout, totally automated. Room was quite large and comfortable, and all was very clean.

The very close neighborhood is not so attractive (more boring), but gets better after 500 m walking.

Just stayed overnight. Good location close to Tivoli and the main railway station. Also good possibilities to do daily running, if that is important for you (it is for me). Clean, modern.

For the room size it was expensive, although high season. The double bed touched 3 walls and only had a single duvet. The bed was quite short with square thick pillows. The rest was basic, very small with not much surface to put belongings. I accidentally left a book on/in the bed as other surfaces were all used. Shower OK but not strong pressure. Note: Rooms especially lower floors on west side too noisy as facing main train lines.

Modern, efficient , staff good. I changed rooms with the help of the staff due to a problem. I paid more for a 12th storey room with good views...the view compensated for the negative points.

The breakfast has few options and costs 13eu per person per day. Location is ok but for some attractions like the little mermaid and kastelle which are at the other side of the city is not convenient The family room we booked for 3 people was basically 2 rooms with a door at their separation wall. Each room had a big single bed (smaller than double bed) so the 2 people who were sleeping together were uncomfortable and they had little space for their belongings. The bed also had only one pillow. Good thing is that we had 2 bathrooms.

It can be confusing that there are two hotels of the same chain located near each other, so you have to be careful when navigating. The small size of the room is mentioned in the description, so that was expected. My main critique is that the restaurant is only open for breakfast until 10 a.m., with no other dining options available at the hotel afterward. The automatic luggage storage system was also a bit of a challenge; the storage units for large suitcases were all taken, and the rental rates were quite expensive.

This is a modern hotel where everything appears relatively new. The location is excellent, situated close to the main train station and Tivoli Gardens. The room, although small, was well-designed, and the unique, rounded shower cabin reminded me of a spaceship.

We had to pay extra for checking in 1 hour before leaving luggage in one room. Left luggage is at a charge. Room too small. Too difficult to get out of bed if you are on the wall side.

Elevator access from the entrance area (alternative to stairs to reach lobby) was stuck on the 4th floor. I had an quick emergency to find a plastic bag to cover my backpack due to rainfall and didn't want to carry all my bags back up the stairs to reception after I'd already exited the building. I just left them in the lower lobby unattended while I darted back up to reception, but I wouldn't have had to do that if the elevator reaching that level/area wasn't stuck that morning. I waited several minutes and I could see that the elevator was locked on the 4th floor. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

Overall location proximity to core areas of Copenhagen, easy access to bus lines, bus station and rail station, cleanliness of the rooms.

I expected to be able to store my luggage without a locker fee. Also, it was not possible to get a receipt for the locker. Upon checking in, I also had to pay for an advance check-in (only 2 hours prior to official check in time).

Room was clean and sufficient, shower pressure was good and location was also walkable distance from the city centre by the river.
