There was no safe box in the room

Very well located in Roseau, near the Ferry terminal and many good restaurants. The room had AC and a small fridge. The Sutton Place Café on the ground floor is lovely and proposes good breakfast and lunch options, sometimes even dinner.

Location is excellent - large room, good shower, functioning AC and nice touches, such as the snacks in the room.

I came to Dominica for nature and not city noise so the location while convenient is busy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located for all services, restaurants, shops. The Discover Dominica is close by in the street the hotel faces and can recommend guides and tours. There is a cafe downstairs that is good.

The noise. It feels at times like you are in the middle of a nightclub or the street. Loud, loud music, sometimes coming from cars in the street, the building next door or a bit further away from the wharf. Like unbelievably loud. Fortunately it all seem to stop around 11 pm but this is a big consideration if you stay here.

Located in the middle of Roseau. I had a studio on the top floor which was nice to have the space. Everything is a bit rundown but was very comfortable. Staff were nice

It gave the opportunity to experience Roseau on a Friday night into Saturday morning. The capital could become noisy, buzzing with lots of activities.

Great location, friendly and courteous staff. Appreciated the Spacious room, cafe on location, and of course the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

A great little hotel, convenient for the ferry and local shops. Appreciated the tray of snacks in the room as everything was shut on a Sunday evening. Staff were super helpful. Courtyard seating looked lovely, but the only negative was that the coffee shop was closed.... Would stay here again.

The rooms were super comfortable and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Perfect spot - right in the mix of the Carnival action

There is no lobby and very small area of development this hotel not say too far hotel from airport all hotels are too far from airport so best to come from fairy to enjoy not from plane

At times the promxity to the bars and clubs, means that it can be quite noisy at night. Which is not the best for sleeping.

The location was phenomenal, close to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and airy, and the staff were helpful. The value was decent.

Wenn booked with breakfast one should be informed that the breakfast is just cracker in the room and not a hot breakfast .

Walking up 3 flights with my suitcase was a bit of a challenge. If there isn't an elevator, then there needs to be a bell hop. Beyond that, everything was great.

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice, even though it was on the 3rd floor, which was a bit of a surprise. The room was generally nice and I liked the style, which hearkened to a previous time.

booking was supposed to come with breakfast, but during holidays restaurant was closed.. we were guided to closest supermarket for breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact there was no restaurant, only a Cafe with limited opening hours.

We liked the room 14 was comfortable and tasteful decorated. We loved the proximity of the restaurants.

Terrible service and unfriendly staff. When booking the room, it was stated that breakfast was included in the price. However, in reality, the "breakfast" turned out to be just a packet of crackers left in the room (and no, this is not a joke). Sleeping at night is nearly impossible due to the noise from the nearby bar, which goes on until 4 a.m. The bed is uncomfortable, adding to the lack of rest.

On the positive side, the room is spacious and fairly clean. However, the overall experience is disappointing, and the price does not match the level of service provided.

Very friendly, clean and cosy. We stayed in the svite. Very nice with the lounge. Best location for the feery❣️
