Comfortability, Friendly Staff and proximity all restaurants

Incredible food. Great drinks. Beautiful room. Super comfortable and large bed. The cabin was perfect for our group of 4. Very close to corner store. Friendly staff.

Everything was great! The beach is a little nicer in other areas, but still great that the hotel has its own beach access.

gorgeous gardens lots if exotic nature as you walk to your room. Good, abundant breakfast. Walk outside to the beachetc etc

Hard to read by light in bedroom, front door was difficult to secure/get in and out of, mosquito problem in main bathroom.

How careless it was, windows falling off hinges, the restaurant sucked! But breakfast buffet was tasty enough and they dont have mangu everyday We werent provided with Shampoo and the conditioner was so thick we needed to scoop it out. Thye provide you with water but the Water jug was dirty. Some of the doors didn’t close properly. We ask to clean the room and they were nice enough to change towels but didnt sweep all the sand that was getting accumulated. As of May 23rd 2025 They doing some construction on the road therefor theres no sign to find the hotel keep that in mind

Our room was so much better than the pictures show. We had a loft and it was cozy and charming. The shower was so fun looking out the window. I also loved that the hotel had a beach bar, swim up bar and restaurant. The food at the restaurant was great and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best! They were also pet friendly but nothing was run down or smelly due to the animals.

The beach and water was a little dirty one day. We had a ton of rain which didn’t help. But the seaweed was picked up one and day and the other it was not. There was also pieces of wood in the water at some points so you just have to be cautious.

I loved the breakfast. The options were fresh and I liked the variety from day to day. The chef working the egg/pancake/crepe station was so friendly and willing to meet requests. The beach bar was also so fun and we got quick service. The pool bartender who worked most of our stay was fantastic! We also loved the massages we received from the spa.

Location was good right across from nice beach. Easy walk to good restaurants. Provide breakfast was good. Bedroom had AC , sitting area and bathroom did not have AC. We kept bedroom door closed so could sleep in comfort of AC.

Wonderful hotel in an awesome location. The pool and swim up bar was fantastic. The beach area was the best! The included breakfast was good. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was expensive for just okay food. I loved all the animals around the property! I looked forward to being greeted by an animal each day. The staff was great. We made many friends just lounging around the area. This place is close to many other beach bars and everything is pretty much walkable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The room was ok! My main complaint was that the bed was hard as rocks! Difficult getting a good nights rest on a bad bed. The shower was also way too close to the toilet. I purchased a pedicure for $50 USD at the spa and it was such an awful job. I wouldn’t recommend that service there. On a positive note, I was able to play with the cats during my service. Please consider the price for a mediocre job at the spa. I would pay at most $15 for this, my nails were chipping within the day.

Great food for breakfast and in the restaurant. Great location by the beach and great rooms.

Very nice spacious apartment / room. The pool area was also very pleasant. Nice beach front bar.

We requested a later check out, and the girl at the reception denied it, whereas the hotel didn't seem very busy.
