The bathroom door was broken. The room had one fan, but was not big or powerful enough for the room even with fret temperature outside 12-16 degrees Celsius. And the bed was not comfortable at all, prob need replacing.

Location, good staff. Helpful and very servicial and trustworthy. (We left few things in the room and the housekeeping lady called us in the phone. Was surprised this is a first for me)

Comfortable quarters within a lovely property We found a lot to like about this place. It was pleasant to sit and have a drink on our balcony in the cool mountain air. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good meal in the restaurant. The included breakfast was more than adequate.

My only criticism is the bathroom. The shower sprayed very close to the wall so hard to get under it! Also no sockets near the sink. The only mirror was over the sink so hard to dry hair,etc.

Fabulous location overlooking beautiful valley. Very peaceful with grounds to stroll around - we may have been the only guests ( we were staying on weekdays!) Nice little balcony. Breakfast a short stroll away in the main block consisted of a choice of juices and a plate of mashed potato, scrambled egg, fried cheese and salami. Also coffee.Lots of good choices for evening meals too!

Better descriptions of rooms could be helpful for booking. I was most interested in the balcony and its corresponding view. I would have been happy to pay for a room with a larger balcony/better view, but this wasn't clear from the room descriptions. We were only staying one night, and didn't need a whole apartment, so I went with one of the simpler rooms. In retrospect, I would have chosen an apartment to get a more spacious balcony. The rooms were a bit outdated too.

Location, location, location. Each room has its own balcony view of the mountains and the city of Constanza located in the valley below. Great layout. The breakfast buffet was what you'd expect. And the staff were attentive and accommodating.

Didn't like the fact there are no air conditioners, anywhere. Construction and hammering going on early in the morning. People playing music extremely loud at night in the A.M. hours. Couldn't use the spa, couldn't use the zip lines, couldn't use the jacuzzi. The hotel should pay and have the road leading in paved. It would make good business sence.

Room was nice but no air-conditioning. This worked out fine because it was cool especially at night, but I would not come here in the summer time. Food was excellent, staff was very nice and courteous, place looks great. In need of a pool and a jacuzzi that actually is available for use. It's nice to have a 1pm check out, no need to rush out in the morning.

Arrived with my 86 year old dad who is physically limited and walks with a cane (front desk saw this). The hotel was pretty empty but they still gave us a room on the 3rd floor in the building furthest away from the lobby (far enough that it requires for you to drive to the lobby UNLESS you love to walk). They explained that because I used a 3rd party to make reservations, I would have to pay an upcharge to be moved to a more convenient room.

A lot of noise from outside and some from inside

however the noise coming from town is unbearable. loud music until 2 am every night. I understand the hotel is not at fault in this but perhaps is time to think about investing in better windows to keep noise at bay. Also perhaps call the authorities rather than tell your guests there is nothing to do?

The view was breathtaking. the grounds are well kept and clean and the staff is super kind.
