We just spent one night, but it was amazing even then the electricity was turn off. The owner has a generator, and the power still was available.!!! Elsa was included like Wi-Fi, air condition, fan, clean towels . Very friendly owner.!!!

I liked that the host hold the room for me even though it was cancelled, was a very nice gesture. Upon arrival I even had a parking space for my car which was amazing because I didn’t had to park on the streets.

Wifi didn't work in the bed, we need to come out.

APP was spacious, comfortable, but we had a hard time finding the location. I don't know how it would have been if we hadn't encountered a local man who accompanied us on a motorbike. Google took us to the wrong side of town. It was nice to sit by pool in the evening, quiet place.

The host was very nice and kind. They have a very nice pool and the neighborhood is quiet.

The balcony needs more decoration, and it was too hot, because the back side of the AC was there, we were unable to sit down and enjoy the view.

I liked the fact that we were able to stay at the pool all the time needed, there were no restrictions, the only condition was to avoid playing music after 9.00 p.m. Very clean and a simple room, small kitchen, double bed and a sofa cama, dining table with 4 chairs and a balcony. The Laguna gri-gri is 8 minutes away from this property, Caleton's beach is 8 minutes away as well (the food at this beach is not good), and Playa Grande's beach is 15 minutes away (the food, the service and prices were excellent). You may find everything in the small town of Río San Juan, banks, mini market, small stores, gas stations and even mechanics for your car. The night's life was good, a lot of perico ripio and merengue's music.

There was nobody around when I arrived in a taxi, and I had an argument with the driver (who was overcharging me by a lot), and I had no assistance. It's not far from a colmado (little shop) but there's nowhere else to get food, so guests should bring supplies with them. There was a large family party that arrived after me, so the peace was short-lived unfortunately.

The hotel is signposted, but close to it the signs run out, so it's not easy to find. The room was nicely decorated and the living space was large, with a cooker and fridge. The pool area is lovely, but could benefit from a few sun-loungers.

They charged me twice, by the app and at the front desk. When I realize about the credit card charge, I sent a notification to the property and they did not answer. The mattress was too hard.

Well the first thing is, that the credit card machine does not work, I took my credit card no cash, when we arrived the person who welcome us, stated the machine is broken and that it has to be cash only, it would have been good to know before we arrived, the rooms are big and the beds are ok, but it is too hot the fans are not enough, the main room there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom.

We were looking for a place where we can cook tea and coffee for breakfast in the morning. However the kitchen - as in many other places we stayed at - didn't have a kettle, electric water cooker or microwave. The pots and pans provided were oily and huge and unsuitable to cook water for tea and coffee. In general I would say that the kitchen was poorly equipped and the few essentials that were there were old, worn and would not have allowed us to prepare a meal. Also came there under the impression that we can pay by card but then were told "the lady dropped the credit card reader and it broke" ... sure

It was in a quiet part of town away from traffic and music. The place was clean and had a neat balcony. The pool was an added bonus and looked clean as well. All in all a decent deal for the money considering we booked it the same day we stayed there. The host was able to provide a smaller pot for tea within a few minutes after we requested it.
