Perfect Hotel! Super clean, nice sun terrace, very helpful tips around the area, free to use washing machine, free drinking water, fast and stable WiFi and I could even stay longer in the room during the day of my departure! All in all perfect

Although on a quiet street, you hear the neighbours' music and other guests in the kitchen, but that is my usual experience; a bit off the historic center and the bus stations, but you can still walk

Host was very nice, speaking various languages and supporting with suggestions; room with good equipment, incl. table and chair, own fridge, rather new A/C, shared kitchen, living room & rooftop

Daniele is the best host ever! She is very welcoming, helpful, speaks many languages and makes u feel like a family member. The apartment is big and very well equipped, walking distance to everywhere. We're definitely returning when we're in Puerto Plata. Many thanks :)

The house is a bit far from tourist attractions and the beach. It didn't bother me as I took a moto taxi to explore. I had some trouble finding the place when I arrived in the city.

The house is lovely and charming, the hostess was really kind and helpful. I only stayed one night but was happy with the amenities, the room, and my interactions with the staff. It was really helpful to be able to do laundry as well. I would recommend it to friends.

The surroundings are quite noisy, but then again, it was the holidays, so perhaps it was louder than usual.

Danièle is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She goes out of her way to answer any questions you might have, both before and after you have arrived. I arrived in the afternoon of Christmas Eve. She gathered some solo travelers from the hotel and took us for a drive and walk around town. Then she managed to find one of the few restaurants that were open, where we all had a lovely meal together. The hotel is very cozy and homey, with a large rooftop, a terrace, and a garden.

Mostly quiet, very clean, rooftop and everything you can need during a travel. Close from the guagua departure for Rio San Juan and Samana. Daniele has a lot of small attentions for the guests : map of the area, power switch in the room... Thanks also for the guided tour in the city, that was lovely 😊

Everything was great. we booked 3 nights and stayed 6. room very nice and clean. we could use kitchen and balcony. near shops and local restaurants, 20 minutes walk to tourists attractions. near hospital from where you can catch local cheap taxi to the nicest Beach Dorada. The host Daniele is super friendly and helpful. we saved so much money thanks to her advices. We are grateful . Recommend to everyone.

Daniele was a fantastic host. My bridal party stayed here together and Daniele was accommodating, welcoming, and supportive. There was plenty of common space to gather and celebrate. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Not any problem I can remember

Danielle, the owner has been very helpful and courteous. My room is comfortable, good bed, small refrigerator, air conditioner, and private bath and toilet. The hostel, Casa Azul, is near grocery stores, bank, and church. The folks in the barrio have been friendly with me. Puerto Plata is a great tourist mecca and I highly recommend the city if you want to learn more about the Dominican Republic.

Very nice owner.Huge terrace on the roof with the possibility of sunbathing or a very pleasant evening sitting. You can even dance on it.
