    The staff was great, I am a bit concerned about the food, are you guys trying to cut off expenses? I mean, the food was disgusting bad really bad compared to the 4 times I had been here, you guys need to get yourself back on track with the food. It was si disgusting food was awful! This resort is no longer withing my list. Thanks.

    The property is charming and well-maintained. Everything was super clean, and the employees were friendly!

    There is not much to choose from when it comes to breakfast, never mind lunch or dinner. The quality of the meals is inferior. warranty anyone can be very disappointed! I will never go back to this place. checking in was a nightmare!

    The structural design and gardens

    Everything else was bad: cleanliness, food, rooms, unqualified staff. We had all sorts of issues with our room, from the running water (completely brown), to the key not working, the humidity smell and hard pillows. I assume it had to do with the construction happening, but after I saw the water I had trust issues even with how clean the food was. I couldn’t shower, so I left drenched in salt water. Even though they apologized, they never offered to give us any sort of refund or anything. Very disappointed.

    worst of all is that it is almost impossible to find a reservation in other Restaurants than the regular one. It is almost unacceptable to me that you have a category that is not allowed to have room service.

    Location, beach and cleanliness, personal is is very willing to help.

    They will charge U$20 for checking before 3pm. We checked in after 3 pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait about an hour. No hot water for three days. We inform the receptionist but nothing happened. After all the place is nice and clean, but they can improve those details
