Clean towels, and working ac

Dirty, uncomfortable, there was a dead cockroach at the corner of the room. The curtains were see-through and couldn’t get sleep.

Location was amazing. Staff was wonderful. Massage was so peaceful!

Bugs inside and rooms small and old.

Tv didn't work..but who want to watch it anyway in this paradise.

Location, it is the beautiful river Jimenoa, but unfortunately (out of their control) it was not swimmable because the water was murky from rains previously during the week. The grounds are great and nicely kept.

The bartender plays loud music by the pool which is only to his liking. We were in nature expecting to hear the birds and the river, unfortunately that is not the case. there does not seem to be anyone in charge or checking on the customers satisfaction while onsite. The renovated bathrooms in the old building are nice but VERY small, expect to be uncomfortable. The WIFI is terrible, which is OK when on a retreat, bad if you need to do some work. We had dinner in the main restaurant, the food took over 1 hour to be served and once we got it, it was not good. It was not what we expected and we were all left disappointed. The service staff were great but a tad pushy on the upsells. If he were working for me, I would be happy to have him to boost the ticket value, but he did not get our drift when we declined most of the upsells. He did remain friendly. Breakfast the next morning was much better, the. service staff were less trained yet friendly, but the food was good. We would return for the location but hope that there be someone in management that would act as a proper host.

Place is because, location is convenient

The place is amazing beautiful but has no offer. Pools closed at 7 pm, breakfast is between 7 to 9 am that is very early hour to wake up on vacation and the staff they are educated but not kind

Great location once you get there. Beautiful story like setting. The breakfast was delicious and a great value The staff was very professional and provided excellent service. I will definitely book again!

It can be tricky to find. More signage will help.

The palace is amazing has a river and the entrance is stunning

The staff was a bit disappointed when we arrived the the breakfast no one explain us how the breakfast was and 3 people there were just doing something in the computer. No one explained us that have a sit and we have a menu. While i decided to booked a room near the pool and the music was too loud.

This hotel is very nice and well situated near the river. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the place because of some health issues, but we were very happy with our overall stay.

The food at the restaurant was nice. The grounds were beautiful. It was very nice to be surrounding by nature and the sound of the river.

There was no hot water. The water has a "sewage" smell. The rooms are not updated. No microwave, no iron or iron board. There is a serious lack of ventilation in the rooms which causes a mildew smell.

Needs renevoations especially bathrooms
