United StatesThe location was unclear at first because booking.com and Google pointed to different locations. Later I found out this is because the main gate of the hotel was far from the main building. This caused inconveniences like being far from the beach (different from advertised) and needing to schedule shuttle buses and Uber couldn't find the location of the main building easily.
The service is great here. They were all very nice and accommodating. The building was clean and had AC throughout including the indoor gym and activities rooms. The coffee and breakfast was great! The custom omelet section made all the difference.

The quiet of the location, the pool was great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful at all times. The suite was very large, and I liked the 2 separate rooms.

Dominican RepublicThe only thing I found they need to improve was that the walk-in bathroom shower only had one side door, so there was no way to close it and therefore some water reached the floor and therefore there was always a small puddle of water and there wasn't any mop tool to wipe it, on the other hand, the maidens were attentive and cleaned it themselves. Other than that, everything was near perfect for a decent and affordable stay.
The staff was outstanding, knowledgeable, kind, attentive, on point, practical, friendly and professional.
