The apartment itself was decent, however it could be cleaner (sink, refrigerator, shower area). The refrigerator was off when we arrived, someone had to come and find another plug to make it work. The internet was down when we arrived and had to wait until the following day to be fixed. We stayed 3 nights there and the last night at 3 am we got woke up by a weird noise that we couldn't identify and keep me up until 5 am. Maybe was the neighbor upstairs, because my husband couldn't find anything that could have been causing the very uncomfortable and weird noise that sounded like someone was trying to come into the room.

I really like the common areas of this property. The apartment was big, the bed was comfortable, it was very close to the pools and the beach. This is our second time at this place, the beach is a secret gem.

If I had to point out a downside, I’d say the rooms could use a bit more ventilation — they didn’t get much natural light, and it felt like they were kept intentionally dark. Also, one of the bedrooms was missing the remote for the A/C.

First off — the pools! I loved them, especially the infinity pool. Watching the sunset from there? Total magic. The beach was super clean and surprisingly quiet — perfect for relaxing. One thing I really appreciated was how peaceful the whole place felt, but at the same time, it was just a short walk to all the restaurants and action in the center of Sosua. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment. Each room had its own bathroom, which made things super convenient. The living room, kitchen, and dining area were all really spacious. If you're looking for a chill spot with great views and easy access to town, this place checks all the boxes.

We requested a 4 bedroom and got a 3 bedroom. The manager never came to explain. Staff tried to accommodate, but ultimately, the manager should have faced us to explain the issue. The apartment needs updating. Furniture is old, and air conditioning was weak. During the stay, the refrigerator had to be replaced. The dishwasher was rusty and dirty. Security at the gate was not friendly and provided no assistance when we had questions. Especially when we first arrived after hours and our accommodations were wrong.

We like being close to the pool and walking out to the beach. The location is walking distance to several restaurants and grocery. Neighborhood felt safe. The apartment overall is a nice size.

The apartments are outdated and the bathrooms need some tlc and updating. The first apartment we were given was not in good shape but after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, the staff quickly got us another apartment. No paper towels are provided which isn’t a big deal, but would be nice.

The infinit pool was the best part of the property and the highlight of our trip.

The unit we occupied had no washer/dryer as advertised, water was leaking onto floor from A/C unit and the TV had no power to it, the safe was inoperable.

The price was reasonable, location was close to many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The pool and beach were good as well.

There was no beach adjacent to the property. What little sand was visible had a path to it, but the path was blocked off. There was only 1 very tiny TV in the family room, but none in the bedrooms. The location was a bit of a walk from the restaurants and shops, but it was okay.

The staff for the breakfast is really rude, and very slow. If you are a group of guys I don’t recommend this structure because is full of family and very very quiet. So if you want relax is the good place, but if you want fun isn’t the right place.
