Our apartment was a nice size for the 4 of us. Very clean. But a little dated. The property areas were clean and well maintained. We just wish we’d had a bar we could have had a drink at in the evening. The one at the Crown Residence was poolside and closed at 5pm.

The staff were really attentive and friendly. It was all very clean. The shuttle bus ran regularly which was great. The restaurants were really nice. Especially the Mexican and Brazilian. The food was very good!

A member of the staff in the VIP beach asked me to come down of the bed I was at and gave it to another customer when both the customer and staff.member knew the bed was occupied (obviously not by a bag but by A PERSON) This has nothing to do with the hotel I assume selfish people act this way and the employee acted like poncio pilato washing his hands like he couldn't have done it better..

I enjoyed everything! The Room was perfectly neat, so comfortable and spacious, enjoyed the shuttle route bus so much to go to all the other buildings and restaurants made it amazing. There was always time to visit a new place try a new dish, visit another restaurant, all of the pools and pla es within the Lifestyle resort. ILOVED IT.

The beach area was disappointing. No chairs to enjoy the water. Beach not ready for even a walk. So small. We did not like having to rely on the shuttle. No walk paths available to get around Disappointing Asian meal in the Asian restaurant

Crown residence and the peace and quiet. Daily restock of beverages. Variety of entertainment offered. The buffets and restaurants that were open was nice. Really enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant.

The resort should put larger, clearer signs up warning guests to NOT put TP in the toilets. The signs warning you to put your paper in the trash instead of toilets are very small, easy to miss. So the only real problem at the resort was often toilets backing up and not flushing because of too many people putting in the TP. Also, the ladies room at The Tropical main pool has only three toilets and one of them has no latch for the door. Also hand dryer did not work while we were there. This ladies room is the only one to service the main pool AND ALSO one of the two large Buffet restaurants (Casablanca) AND ALSO the Japanese restaurant Indochine. So all three toilets should be fully functional and there should be towels for hand drying. The only actually hot hot tubs are in the spa, not the hot tubs at the VIP Beach. Those were quite cool! They should be re-labelled "cool off pools" instead of hot tubs probably.

This location is awesome because our party of 5 got two 2-bedroom suites which are cute little apartments. We had four private bedrooms with a king-sized bed in each, two verandas with views of the pool, mini-kitchens, living rooms with flat panel TVs (we virtually never watched them but there were a few channels in English including Cinemax). The bathrooms have walk-in showers, very accessible for the mobility impaired like our 90-year-old dad. The Bellini Italian restaurant is at this location and serves food and beverages ALL DAY. We thought when we first checked in we'd need to go hungry until dinner service began but not at Bellini, we got what they called their "snack" meal and ate delicious breakfasts there most days, lunch a couple of times. Awesome restaurant overlooking our quiet, private little pool on the property. There is more than one pool Just At This Location, and SO MANY great pools throughout the Lifestyle Vacations resort. It was INVALUABLE that there were constantly shuttle buses running to help get 90-year old father-in-law to our various destinations. We got dinner reservations at each of the specialty restaurants and ate at both Buffet restaurants for lunches plus one breakfast. All the restaurants are good. The entertainment options are great fun. Don't miss the dance shows at the Colosseum. Silent Discos are also a blast. Plenty of fun games with prizes to be won happen poolside. The Tropical is the place to go for cool animals. We fed Peacocks and the squirrel monkey named Joe Biden who live there. It's also I think the only pool which had an open swim-up bar. But there are so many great pools and bars nearby all of them. The Spa is also great. There are two. Confusingly they have the same name. The larger Yin Yang Spa is at Cofresi Palm. The smaller Yin Yang Spa is at The Tropical. I booked a massage at The Tropical spa and this grants access to all the spa facilities the duration of your stay.

The food was way too repetitive. We literally had the exact same breakfast & lunch everyday because of lack of choices. Most of the meat was shellfish or pork which we do not eat so dinner's pickings were slim too. You guys definitely need more excitement in your food choices. Also for a resort that caters to the international clients, your non-english speaking staff needs more patience. One shuttle driver was super rude because he couldn't understand and even some staff at the restaurants

This place was really nice. The staff was friendly. The room was nice & spacious. It was overall a nice, quiet stay. There was not many activities to do there so we stayed indoors most of the time because we didn't want to be at the beach everyday. The tour & sales pitch was a surprise. Maybe we should have been told ahead of time. We were just called and told that "Alberto" had something for us after breakfast and all he said was he was going to show us around. We ended up on a 2 hour "tour" all the while being persuaded to purchase property. The rain caused the shows to get cancelled every night. Maybe you guys should consider a covered space. Rouse at the reception was super nice and Maribel the room attendant as well

Upselling was uncomfortable and limited access to all amenities and restaurants made it less than ideal. The food was only average at best and disappointing.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They all were extremely pleasant and nice. They were the best part of the trip.

They insist on you taking a tour to sell you a $30,000 vacation package. You have to make reservations for every single resturant.

Food was at a small place very little options To get other foods we had to go to cofresi I wasn't feeling well my wife went to get fruits to bring back from cofresi they said she needed a letter from crown but had to get it from crown were the had no fruit place is for the elderly over 60 so I really did not like this place
