Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South KoreaI was charged higher than I expected because we'd be occupying a unit with air conditioning. After thinking about it this stay ended up being a false economy. For what I paid I would have considered other options. If you consider staying here be on guard for pricing shenanigans.
The facility is serviceable and charming in a great location with dedicated parking. The air conditioning worked good.

Manfred and Alta gracia were very assistant and will go an extra mile to make your stay even better, AC works as new, location is great, spectacular beach at front of lucy amenities, fancy restaurants and street food around the area. I loved the outdoor open air shower with it's fresh water that falls perfect after the sunny beach.

Dominican RepublicWe stayed in the cheapest room so it was very small, but it was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and felt very sufficient for what we paid for.
It is very close to the beach The owner was super accommodating and helpful with suggestions. There is a small kitchen that was completely suitable for making easy meals, which was helpful because a lot of the restaurants nearby are very expensive.
