That I thought I had paid for my entire stay and not part payment. I would had paid my total stay expenses and not be frustrated after travelling for 13 hours.

Nancy was amazing in helping me with my reservation. The property was beautiful and had an amazing view and decor, it was spacious and clean and close enough to the beach and pools. We enjoyed this Tower, because it was quieter.

Registration process was not clear among staff personnel at reception. There were inconsistencies in the checking in process and when it was finally time to enter the room, the floors were wet and slippery, towels were in the dryer and also in the master bedroom the big blue beach like towels were folded but very damp. We had arrived early with the hope to get in the room a little earlier and for 3 hours we waited for the room to be prepared and we ended up going in just after 3pm. Upon entering the room we were greeted by the stunning views and even more stunning odor of sewage? Coming from the kitchen. It was terrible having to smell that in the living area and in the master. In the master you smell that same sewage and the noise of the toilet in the master wouldn't let me sleep. Second the tankless water heater is shut off you have to turn it on to get warm not hot water. The shower in the master bathroom does not heat up nor transition to the shower head from the filler, so we had to use the full bath in the hallway. The apartment is beautiful but there are several areas that need attention urgently. After making coffee and using the pretty tea cups that were set up for us, I went to put them in the dishwasher to dry and what I saw made me absolutely disgusted. That dishwasher was out of control with filth and how it looks. I'm not exaggerating. I know dishwashers are not really used in DR but the condition of the dishwasher in this unit was extremely unacceptable, knowing you have people "clean" everyday--the owners should see it. Given the existing problems present, the stench of the plumbing--the rate we paid was not comparable to the quality of the stay. I would definitely come back to Marbella but not this unit even though it is beautiful.

Marbella is a location that never disappoints. Every apartment on every tower has views.

I experienced a violation to my privacy when they decided to go in the apartment without my consent, even though they had a written note that I would let them know when I was in. I never received a true acknowledgment of the wrongdoing. It is unacceptable, just unacceptable.

Close to Santo Domingo (about 1 hour away),. The staff at the reception area and the staff at the restaurant area were great, very helpful and friendly. The apartment building is right in front of the beach. The pool was very big and very clean.

The booking/reservation said I had access to 1 guest parking space, however, when we got there we were told, by the reception staff, that there was no parking available (even though you could see that there were like 100 available spaces) they told us at the reception that we had to park outside on the street, but after some back and forth with the reception staff they let us park inside. The decorative cushions that were on the bed of the second bedroom were badly stained, the sofa on the living room was also badly stained, those need some sort of deep steam or spot stain removal cleaning.

The place was beautiful. However, not what we reserved for a short time all together and had issues.

They changed our 8 people at got two seperate 4 people and both had some issues, not light in the hathroon, a leake im bathroom cealing and shower door in snothe bathroom did not close.

The location is amazing

The unit is for 6 people. First impression was good, but there were problems with the air-conditioning, problems with warm water, small ants like insects on the counters and light switches. Not enough plates, glasses or kitchen supplies. The cleaning service was not amazing as they used only a broom and mop for cleaning and not a vaccum, so the hairs in the bathrooms were just pushed from side to side. Saying that, the pool, the beach and the closeness to groceries and restaurants was a plus.

I loved that it was on the beach. I liked the way the apartment was decorated.i like that there was always beach chairs available. I liked across the street there was a store and a restaurant on the property. Check in was smooth.i liked that the apartment had a washer and dryer

I didn't like plastic on the mattress. The mattress was also kind of uncomfortable. The TV in the living room was too small for the space. Also there was no TV in the rooms. Not a big deal but it would have been nice. We arrived Thursday but didn't have WiFi till Saturday.also could invest in better light bulbs. Bathroom lights in master were not that bright . There were ants in the sugar jar but it was fixed quicky. With these minor changes the apartment would be perfect
