The restaurants were too far away from my room.

It was comforting, luxurious feeling and amazing atmosphere. All the amenities and furniture were on point.

I didn't like that i had to walk so so far every day to go for something to eat. Especially if I am relaxing by the front pool.

The only thing we didn't like is the Preferred Club Lounge area at the beach. Supposedly that section is for the Preferred Club guests only, but in reality anyone could enter that area and nobody was verifying or asking whether they were Preferred Club guests or not. The worst part is that nobody takes care of you, no waiter approached us to see if we wanted something to drink. We had to walk to the bar located at the "regular-guest" area to get our drinks. The following days, we went to the "regular-guest" area (which by the way, it's nicer than the Preferred Club section) and the same story, no waiters at all. It was very sad to see how other guests left their dirty towels on the beach loungers along with the empty glasses thinking the waiters would pick them up, but no, the waiters never came and the area looked very dirty and messy. We always took the glasses back to the bar and at the end deposited the towels in the basket located at the entrance. Waiters are really missing an opportunity here to earn extra money from the tips and provide a better service.

Very nice hotel, great variety of food and drinks (all included), awesome facilities, and the staff is very friendly. I want to give special thanks to Manuel (waiter) from the Oceana restaurant and Isaa (bartender) from the Preferred Club Lounge, top-notch service . Notwithstanding there was a lot of sargassum at the beach, which is not the hotel's fault, we had an amazing time at the hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pools, bars, drinks, quality entertainment with shows every day, including adults-only entertainment at night at the Eclipse club. I definitely recommend this resort.

A very minor setback would be the food options at the buffet. While vast, they didn't seem as appetizing, but the other restaurants really make up for this.

The number of activities available for adults and kids, as well the restaurant options, amazing staff. Mayckal, our assigned manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay.

Somewhat noisy at times.

Great and beautiful installations, the beach is also vert nice. Very helpful and polite staff. The food and drinks are also quite good. Don't have to wear a wristband which is excellent. Some watersports are included with the stay which is a nice complement.

Unfortunately out of their control there was a lot of sargassum. One thing I didn’t like was the constant English only music at the pool during the day and at the club at night. I feel that a lot of people go there for the Latin American vibe and it was definitely missing throughout my visit.

Loved the green everywhere, absolutely no bugs, and diverse pool areas. The spa was lovely and the hydrotherapy was a cherry on top.

Nothing, all was excellent!

All was excellent. The breakfast, food, drinks, people and staff, entertainment team, facilities, cleanliness and kindness. Everything was high quality. We strongly recommend, including the Preferred Club.

The buffet could be a little better but it wasn't bad.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. However, we felt that they need at least one more show like Dominican night. Ocean is our favorite restaurant.

The vendors on the beach that tried to sell you multiple services, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Bavaro beach. Each day there were multiple activities and the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful and we had a lot of fun going around the swim up bars and beach.

I believe it might be a problem in most resorts in Punta Cana, but the noise coming from hallway was quite loud. We stayed in another resort that was even worse.

Excellent Resort. The Staff is really friendly, specially in the World Cafe and the Hideaway beach bar!! Really confortable, quiet and a great choice for those looking for a place to rest with quality!

Hotel shop is too small. Then you need to take taxi and go to mall to buy like cigarets or watershoes. Game room should be bigger and better.

Breakfast was really good. You can watch the beach and the sea in the morning. There is allways nice breeze. They prepare eggs as you want them. Every wish is accepted.

People hog the chairs sometimes, and the Seafood Restaurant was honestly underwhelming.

The Mexican Restaurant Tres Colores, The Seaside Grill, and the snack stand all had great food. Juan R, Feliz, Arismendy, and Cristal at the Interlude Bar were the highlight of the trip. What that says about us as travelers is neither hear nor there.

The only MINOR con is that the floors everywhere seemed slippery but this is largely due to the fact that there are pools EVERYWHERE.

The staff was great. Loved the food. The daily entertainment was great for all ages

The bed was not comfortable. I also didn't realize that the preferred hotel was far from the beach. At least a 10-minute walk or you can be shuttled.

The facility was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. Vicente, Margarita, Nelson, John and Yasmery were fabulous!!! They made my trip so enjoyable!!!

My boyfriend and I especially loved having our concierge, Michael. He helped us get transportation around the facilities as well as a night out on the town. He also sent us a bottle of complimentary champagne with chocolate covered strawberries. We loved it.
