I did not like it was not there vegetarian dish should have because they are tourist area all different types of people come.

I really liked that place because it is close to the sea and you go to relax and there is no noise, a place with a lot of tranquility and the employees are very attentive.

I did not like the room.

Everything was great , however the room was too small and the water from the ac fall down on the bed that is why I moved the head bed.

The pool area was disappointing as the furniture was old and mainly broken,l think struggling after covid.No bar by the pool ,it was in reception and did not feel like a bar. Large groups turned up at weekends ,picnics and booze and big Speakers each group had speakers with different music going.As no bar they were not controlled and spoilt it for other people. Music is okay but not more than one at a time.

On arriving the English speaking lady showed us to our apartment, then checked the cupboards for pans,plates etc so we could cook in the apartment, the fridge did not have a door on the freezer section so the fridge was replaced.The old microwave broke down the next day and this was replaced. Toilet leaked but was repaired very quickly. Really nice staff. The apartment was very cosy and was cleaned througly every two days with new towels.the bedding was also changed every fourth day.Nice end apartment with two balconies one over looking the pool.The pool was clean and all areas hosed down each day. All areas were kept very clean.The best beach was by, turning right out of the building,and walking past bars until you see a sign for Juan Dolio beach on the left and through a walkway going directly onto the beach.Beautiful White sand Beach,you won't be dissapointed

I like staying in this place, I feel safe and the people who work here are very serious and responsible. What I like the most is that I have never missed anything and I find everything intact as I left it in the room.

The doors didn’t lock, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the jacuzzi wasn’t working due to poor care or owner neglect the place, the room has stinky odor coming from water sewer, and also the beds are too old that it’s very hard to sleep on

Everything was worse than what one can imagine we rebooked else where and burnt rubber escaping the devils pits.

Nothing, Very outdated. Dark and horrible inside. Bar closed. Receptionist looked tired and never showed us to our room. The room and bed was like something from an old western movie. Crazy that this place is allowed open. I think the dogs and cats prefer to sleep outside. The only good thing the women returned our money. I COULDNT CARE IF SHE DIDNT I WAS LEAVING.

The place was run down and in serious need of an upgrade or refurbishing. The internet stunk. The elevator was not functioning correctly. The air conditioning was weak.

The fact there was 0 hygiene. There was dust, humidity and just an overall sence of abandonment. To top it all off, the bed was old and one could literally feel the springs pressing on your back as you try to get some sleep. Super uncomfortable.
