Everything was great at the property.

Nice pool and great to have a bath upstairs and downstairs. Big sleeping room with a big bed.

So close to the beach but also really close-by car- to downtown Las Terrenas. Clean, big villa with great swimming pool. Polo and his wife made sure that we had an amazing time. Thank you!

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Electric plugs (most) were not working. Gas scape so when finished cooking we kept closing hose to avoid danger and bad smell of gas

The refrigerator could be bigger with a freezer that fits more than just ice trays.

Very clean, outdated kitchen facilities, big and comfortable bed, strong aircon, and fan. Spacious bathroom. Quiet at night, good night sleep and walking to the beach, which is lovely.

Clogged toilet which we had to ask the staff to repair 3 times over two days. I am sorry but this is not okay considering the staff was there... Barely having warm water, broken shower, no mosquitoes nets, no night lamps for reading.. the photos are not fair, the space that appears by the pool is actually parking space, so if you’d like to hang in the pool, you are basically facing either tires or the back wall from the hotel next door. There are only 4 sun beds. No umbrella outside the house (only two apartments have it in reality) which makes it hard to enjoy the outdoor table during day time because of the sun. The pans and pots are so used and old that are not useful at all.. The only hotel we’ve had in DR that didnt provide water to refill the bottles nor water at check in.

It's a lovely apartment near the beach, very comfortable. It was clean, the bedding was freshly washed and smelled really nice. I had a lovely night sleep.

One day there was no electricity nor water, nearly a full day. We understood that it happens, but total lack of care from the side of the people in charge made us cut the stay short. We felt abandoned and left to ourself.

The condo

The stairs are very dangerous my wife had a bad fall in the stairs and she had torn a muscle on her feet and now she can't go to work and she is still injured as I am typing this

Location is good, 2 minutes walking from the beach and the people that do the maintenance are super nice and attentive. The pool is nice and always clean.

Communication with the host is abysmal, they simply dont answer. The villa doesn’t have back up power and we spent a whole day with no electricity which meant no water, no toilet, no cooking. It was horrible. The kitchen lacked utensils and cutlery for the group, the oven didnt work (when we tried to use it it sounded like an explosion), the furniture is old and broken. They didnt leave any soap, or trash bags or anything basic. Its a 10/10 on location but definitely needs improvement and back up power- the hosts didn’t offer any compensation or solution

Very spacious! Good hot water and pressure in the upstairs shower. Located on a quieter and cleaner section of Las Terrenas beach. Nice property manager on site. Two pools.

Ants in the kitchen… ALL sliding doors do not close or lock properly and gaps allow small bugs and mosquitoes to get inside… There are metal gates over all doors, making the room feel like your own big jail cell… For a period of time there was ZERO running water, but was eventually fixed… There is a large TV but there is no service, also no TV remote control… Tried messaging the property host but no reply…

Good location near beach. Nice pool, good service. Very good price.

No AC on first floor. Not really ideal kitchen setup, small bar fridge. Super hot on first floor.
