Don’t like the reusable plastic cups I think it’s nasty there were guys using the cups to do cupping therapy in the pool and they just rinse it off in water, some of the staffs at the buffet are really rude and the workers at the bars say mean full things and curses to people the don’t speak Spanish and I know this because I speak perfect Spanish

We liked that the rooms were clean, they come by every morning to drop off drinks the food is amazing, love the 24 sports bar

The rooms in the older part need upgrading... it still has dark woods and the bathroom shower was enclosed which made it feel smaller and dark.

I liked that there was always an option to eat. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. We went over the NYE period and the property outdid itself with the selection of dining options.

If you are handicap or disabled DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!! They didn’t have any wheelchairs on the property and they wouldn’t give a ride because we weren’t “VIP members” So basically they want you to pay more money for something out of your control. They were not accommodating at all to my needs as a person who had a stroke and has a hard time moving around.

The staff was great, the food and restaurants wee delicious! The rooms were clean and we had a great time at the pool parties and with the activities by the pool

The rooms are old and not like on the pictures, so that was disappointing. Us and other guests had cold water during the whole time of our stay. They told us they will fix it, but I think they were lying, and the water is always cold. All the beach chairs were always occupied since 6 am. Some people put towels on the beach chairs very early morning and didn't use them for another couple hours. I found that very rude. The hotel should have more beach chairs or should not allow people to block the chairs for the whole day if they were not using it. The hotel was very simple. The coffee and ice-creams were very simple and not worth of going there. We thought the hotel has so much potential, but it was very simple and plain (Shops, snack bars, restaurants, street decoctions, etc.)

I like the location. It had a nice beach. Also, all the attractions are fairly close. We took the Cultural Experience trip, and it was great. We have experienced a lot of things. I would recommend this trip.

Better lighting at walkways. Water heater doesn’t seem to work well and lack of security. Major issue was the flies and stray cats roaming around the buffet area.

The scrambled eggs were always cold. I’m diabetic and must do very low carb. I would have enjoyed seeing more low carb food on the buffet. Bacon would have been great.

The food was better than expected for an “All inclusive Resort”! The breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. They cook authentic dominican food all meals but especially for lunch and dinner. Front desk staff was always helpful. We stayed in a Luxury Jr. Suite, which was always kept clean by amazing housekeeping. Staff throughout the property were always happy to assist whether it be with drinks, or navigating. The beach is beautiful, the ladies at the beach spa are amazing, all pools were comfortable and never too packed. The Jacuzzi was a little colder than we preferred but it’s okay! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to relax or just a vacation!

Our room was one of the luxury suites and it had the worse smell in the bathroom we would have to close the door all the time. The door to the shower always got stuck. I also noticed that as a Dominican the staff really didn’t pay any attention to us will on the buffet or at the bars they always prefer helping and giving the best service to foreigners. It was really sad to see these as the Dominican that comes from other countries tries to come back and give their hard earned money back to their country and is treated this way. The food and drinks could also be a bit better and the drinks shouldn’t be given in plastic cups it looks cheap and it’s not good for the planet. After this experience I don’t believe I will be going back.

It was very pretty and organized on the outside . Always had people cleaning every where so everything was clean .
