We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe staff are hit or miss. Most everyone was delightful, like Dianna at the premium experience poolside guest supporter. Coffee at breakfast was always a challenge. The sheets could be upgraded. Overall, the experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and fun. We will probably be back. The food was also surprisingly very good. We stayed at Casa de Campo first, and we thought the food was just as good, if not better.

PolandEverything was excellent but one little thing - I would appreciate the sunbeds on the beach were cleaned after rain and the puddles of dirty water were removed so as there was more choice where to sit.
I appreciate the room a lot and the room service team - so helpful and nice people. My room cleaned regularly and precisely :) The staff and the whole service was so kind, always present and ready to support. Thank you to the man from the hotel reception for helping me with his Spanish when I was trying to communicate with the taxi driver :)The choice of food was wide enough I did not manage to try it all. The wifi was really good too, I used it a lot.
