I think some information on breakfast/food would have been helpful and also some bottled water in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable with a powerful shower. The ceiling fan was powerful enough to keep the room cooler. Next time I would stay in a room with air con though. The garden of the hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool and jacuzzi. It's so peaceful and relaxing. A great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the main street. We would 100 % return.

We arrived by the local bus, and the hotel was an short, easy walk from where we were dropped off. Everything was ready when we arrived, so they showed us straight to our room. The garden and property and very pretty. The location is just a couple minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and had great advice. They were able to arrange a nice tour and transportation for the day we left.

Wifi connection in the room could be better. There was no AC in my room, but it was not needed in January, to be honest.

We would have loved a little fridge in the room but we didn't check - so that's on us. Remi does have a gorgeous unit on the property that is equipped with everything you could wish for if you are long term guest. (We were only there 2 nights).

The breakfast is lovely and Remi and his wife are "gems"! He makes his own marmalade which is delicious! There are gorgeous fruit and avocado trees on the property and he utilizes them. The property is stunning and exquisitely maintained. The pool is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze in the evening. Remi is very helpful and had information and suggestions for everything. We loved that we could walk everywhere and there were little restaurants, cafes and bakeries near by.

The barking host's dog :) A little expensive property.

The host was very nice and polite. He helped me in check-in at late and also help in arranging the next day tour. The room was ok too.

I didn’t like to have to pay cash money very dangerous to have all that amount of cash on me was not comfortable I felt like I was in jail in the room everything was so damp we weren’t allowed to eat in room no tv no coffee maker no iron one plug in bedroom one in a little bathroom towels were like sandpaper nowhere to wash cloths give it room was cleaned every day what I find gross and disgusting is that when you go to toilet you have to put paper in a special bin not to flush it in toilet bowl

This was the WORST experience I have ever had. The room was never cleaned. And I mean from the first day that we arrived. The bathroom was full of hair. Also the pillows and the sheets. BUT, the nightmare was that we got robbed by the owner of the hotel. His name, Remi. The rooms had no safebox for our personal items, so the owner Remi offered to help and told us to keep our personal stuff in another room that would be locked and nobody could enter. We left our stuff there, passports, bags etc. He entered the room and stole 500€ from one of our bags. If that is not a ‘nightmare hotel’, then what is it??

The people that rent the room is a couple leaving in the same location. There’s not a meeting place for questions or alike so you need to keep on calling/shouting them from the ground up to their balcony so they can see you and attend you. It’s not difficult but I personally find this gesture uncomfortable. I don’t like to be shouting and calling for simple questions. Besides, even though Remy is quite social, him and his wife are definitely not the most guest-friendly people, a bit grumpy. I would recommend another place to stay if you give value to friendly service.

The place is nice, big garden, spacious room with balcony. Super close from the beach las galeras, very calm at night. Breakfast is good.

They hotel was overall O. K. however we felt really bad for the dog that was on a short chain in the garden during the entire day and constantly out of water. We had to give the dog water 2x per day since the employees didn't really check on him. Wouldn't want to stay there again.
