Getting dated. There is NO place that you can escape from smokers except inside of the restaurants. Poolside smoking, tables outside of restaurants smoking, smokers everywhere even where signs say no smoking. Not fun

Being an all-inclusive resort, the selection and options of food were limited. Recommend working with management and chef to reassess food and drinks. Drinks were either soda or generically-made “juice” (OJ was most likely powdered drink). Food in general were salty and not tasteful. Room is bare — while it is spacious, it does not have enough furniture to put travel items. For the number of units in the property, there was ONE medium sized pool. The resort feels like an outdated property that needs revamping. Management should stay anonymously and assess on their own.

Proximity to the airport and city center. Property was in a gated community. Nice and clean beach.

The food wasn’t the best. Not much variety. It’s def something to improve. The music at the pool waaaay too loud, my room was near the pool area and it was impossible to sleep on the afternoon. The phone calls from the staff to ask about the stay is not necessary, some people go to rest to the resorts and I was disturbed in my sleep a few times.

The room was nice, big and confortable. And staff, I can say it’s the best of this resort, especially Luisa at the front desk and Sara Ines at the little coffee place. The beach at Playa Dorada is one of my fave.

There are some activities in the night that could finish earlier and not disturb the guest who are near the pool. Beer didn’t tate really like bear, I think there was some water in there

Beach and facilities in general are good. The menu of the restaurant by the beach could have more options.

The beach wad dirty. Couldn't use it. The food can use improvement and variety. There's a restaurant with NO kitchen. It's also advertised as Dominican cuisine but the food served is far from it. That shootings definitely be closed down

The condensation from AC would sweat and the floor was wet in the room!!!

We were not impressed by the staff, in particular the entertainment staff, they were not friendly or polite with us. The entertainment in the evening was also a little disorganized and not as good as other resorts where we've stayed.

What we liked most was the little cafe. Also, the food at the a la carte restaurants was really good! The path down to the beach was really nice, although it was my first time staying at a resort that wasn't right on the beach.
