The breakfast buffet was quite poor for a four star, there wasn’t any variety or not much at least. The facilities were for adults only, if you have children it isn’t the best hotel. The pool isn’t accessible for kids due to being on rooftop, it isn’t family friendly.

It was modern with a nice decor. The staff were well presented.

The items described in the menu are almost never available. The orders was almost always confused due to lack of language coordination and service quality. The towels and the room was dirty and have not been regularly cleaned despite our request. The rooms and even the corridors had been filled with smoking leftovers and very dirty. The wireless connection was only covered close to the rooms.

The location of the Hotel was perfect. The breakfast was not the very best but at least there are some alternatives, thought the food are not for my own personal taste and the colleagues in my group. The staff was friendly and helpful; but almost no English skills. This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels available in this city and country; however it is far below the standard in continental Europe.

I had to pay for the spa although i had access to all facilities the thing i wasnt told the day of the checkin. the waiting in the line at the reception for the checkin was excessively long.

I did like the location was not far downtown, the view from the terrace was splendid.

To start, I found a used cotton earbud by the toilet sink. Then had a flood in my bathroom and reported it as soon as, it took a second report for someone to take action and send maintenance, who were very helpful and quick. Wallpapers in the room was coming apart and the ironing board which I reported was broken was not replaced, i now injured my foot. The WiFi was very weak and did not work even trying to set up my fire stick, as well as on my phone. When I reported this issue to reception they simply said “it’s rubbish wifi”. For a hotel that provides a big service you’d expect the staff to accommodate your needs. Wifi is a big part of modern day needs. Breakfast was the worst part of the experience, when we approached a chef named Yacine he was unhappy and unwelcoming to order omelette’s. The bakery was rock solid and they had ran out of food, one complete hour before breakfast had ended, there was no top up or alternative. The lady that made crepes was amazing and amel who replenished our drinks. Both ladies had a smile and a great welcoming feeling. The reception needs to pay attention to detail, working in a hotel is simply all about hospitality, it is in the word plain and simple. Zaim understood the meaning hence why he was always smiling and trying to assist. However, If you see a queue of people and it is hot, request support from a colleague and don’t leave people waiting for 10/20 minutes. This has to have been the worst stay I have had at a 4 star hotel and for the price, I would completely say it is not worth it. The Meridian or Oran Bay could fulfil a better stay.

The property is located in a very convenient area and the aesthetics is amazing, the security staff were very kind and helpful on arrival and departure .
